The good experience stay in here. Jannah burj alsarb the location of hotel is out standing and gaking aboutvthe food of hotel was very tasty and healthy the viwe from the room is good and refreshing and specially nini from housekeeping make me feel homelh even iam staying out of home . Thank you ninj and room are very comfortable and nice cleanning is sopt less and the enviroment is very good all so sure i will vist this hotel again because of good service thanks

I stay at room 911.I had good stay at Jannah Thanks to front desk Saad and the restaurant team Patrick,Fausto,Krischell,Jessie,Nang and Linnete.also thanks to Housekeeping Christian he's very friendly.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay at Jannah Burj al Sarb during Flt cancellation and commotions. Staff was very friendly and made sure everything was taken care. Housekeeping staff especially Samy and Aravin served us really well.

Never coming back

Size of my room.

Cons:

No customer care whatsoever. They just dont care about people who are staying or stayed in their hotel. Also I dont know how they got 5 stars. Hotel is a solid 4 but very far from 5 stars.
The shower head didn't work well, water spilled out of the shower every time. No ventilation in the bathroom. Hair dryer didn't work properly. I will never come back to this hotel again.
