The reception team specially Mr. Saad
everyone was amazing and helpful.

Cons:

I found pictures of fruit or sweets as welcoming platters, but it was not there plus the coffee machine was there too on the app but couldn't find as well.

Pros:

I like the Facilities jacuzzi, basement parking, swimming pool, and rooftop sesha. The lifeguard and housekeeping supervisor is good, I request a dental kit, and he provides fast.

Cons:

Old furniture and dirty curtains. The hotel interior is quite old and dark. The bed is not comfortable
