Pros:

The property is in a good location, close to public transport, small supermarkets and not far from the main tourist attractions. It's also near great bars and restaurants with various types of cuisine. The staff were very helpful whenever I needed them, especially a guy named Ekim. He went the extra mile, texting me on WhatsApp at the start of each of his shifts to ask if I had any questions or requests.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The location is the best one. Staff also are good specially Ekin. He was very supportive. Room service is done on daily basis.

Cons:

We didn’t get our reserved room due to technical issues in air conditioning and we stayed one night in smaller room. But the remaining nights we stayed at another room similar to what we reserved.

The location is excellent – very close to the metro, tram stations, and city center. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were also some issues during my stay. The bed sheets were not changed throughout the entire week, and the cleaning service was very basic (mainly just emptying the bins – and even that was skipped the day before check-out). In the bathroom, the toilet seat was damaged, and the shower was leaking, so I had to put a towel on the floor to prevent flooding. The fridge in the room did not work at first, though it was replaced after I reported it. The walls were also very thin, so I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms late at night.

Super Indico Hotel Mara
Pros:

Localização do hotel é incrível , muito próximo as principais atrações da cidade . E possivel fazer tudo a pé . Restaurantes , supermercados próximos e também a praça Taskin da pra ir a pé . Ekin é uma pessoa que nos ajuda o tempo todo e nos faz ter uma experiência ainda mais agradável no hotel . Super recomendo !!!! Sra Roza, Sr Ahmet e Sr Huseyien todos muitos atenciosos conosco .
