Exceptional hospitality from Rosa, very clean and highly recommended!

Dear Rosa,
I want to thank you so much. You were extremely kind and understanding. I had a traffic accident and I had a medical report that prevented me from traveling for two weeks. My booking was non-refundable and even Booking.com said nothing could be done.
When I contacted you, explained my health condition and sent you the medical report, you were so lovely and you said "You are welcome anytime you can come, I will change the date for you".
It was a very beautiful and noble gesture from you and I will never forget it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The hotel is clean and beautiful, I highly recommend it.

Worse hotel experience of my life , the guy in the next room thought it was a good idea to pee in the hall way i opened my door and saw. Despite telling the staff they did nothing. I asked if i could checkout early because of how disgusted and uncomfortable i was staying there after witnessing that and they still would not let me. DO NOT STAY HERE DIRTY DISGUSTING PLACe

Мы бронировали на одну ночь, была пересадка в Стамбуле. Выбор был обусловлен близостью к метро, чтобы легко добраться в аэропорт. Найти легко, нас быстро заселили. Исторический центр, историческое здание. Номер небольшой, но нам было достаточно на одну ночь переночевать. Надо понимать, что район очень оживленный, и в этой части города народ не спит ни днем, ни ночью. Но! Хорошая звукоизоляция, кондиционер, с дороги мы устали, поэтому спали отлично! Чистый санузел, полотенца, постельное белье. Полностью соотвествовао ожиданиям, к тому же сочетание цена/качество.

Muy ruidoso. Estuvimos en una habitación "deluxe" para tres personas pero apenas habia espacio. Por la noche no se puede dormir por el ruido de la calle, aunque ponga que esta insonorizada no es cierto.

Мне очень понравился отель, обязательно приеду сюда в свой следующий визит в Стамбул

Отличное место расположения, в самой серенине Истикляля. При этом очень тихо. Окна моего номера выходили на соседнее здание. Уютный, достойный номер. Очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая команда!
