Ничего

Cons:

Приехали утром в 9:00 заселяться в номер. Нам сказали погулять до 14:00. Я переспросил, всё ли в порядке, готов был оплатить сразу, на что мне сказали, нет погуляйте.
В итоге в назначенное время мы пришли, и нам отказали в проживании а наш номер передали другому. Сославшись на проблемы с нашей картой, хотя я ещё утром был готов сразу всё оплатить.
Пришлось искать другую гостиницу.
В общем персонал дно, гостиницу не рекомендуем.

Место расположение очень удобное, в пешей доступности Голубая мечеть, София и другие достопримечательности. Потрясающий персонал, готовы всегда помочь, с юмором и заботой относятся к своим постояльцам. Внизу собственный ресторан, всё было очень вкусно. Обязательно ещё вернёмся.

Cons:

У нас был эконом номер, комнату и душевую можно немного освежить ремонтом.
Супер люкс ничем не отличался от эконом номера, только чуть-чуть был по новее

* Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do najważniejszych obiektów w Stambule

* Dzielnica Fatih gdzie można ulicę obok znaleźć fajne lokalne sklepiki z żywnością

* Po przyjeździe w nocy dostaliśmy nie taki pokój jak zamawialiśmy. Managerka hotelu powiedziała, ze jest w remoncie i nie wiadomo kiedy dostaniemy nowy pokój. Następnego dnia otrzymaliśmy pokój z balkonem, natomiast w obu pokojach było brudno i unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach. Nie jesteśmy wybredni tak było na prawdę niedosprzątane.
Hotel sam w sobie ma klimat ale jest brud.... Wymaga generalnego sprzątania aby mial lepszą ocenę.
* W pokojach z kuchnią z produktów nie było nic. Przydałaby się sól, pieprz oraz lokalna turecka herbata i juz człowiek inaczej by się tam czul. Naczynia były niepodobywane i najzwyczajniej brudne...
Managerka bardzo kręciła niejednokrotnie, udając zaskoczona ze nie ma czegoś w pokoju, co bardzo nas zniesmaczyło.

Patrząc na całość nie wrócilibyśmy tam ponownie.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Apartament duży, pełne wyposażenie (suszarka czy całe wyposażenie kuchni). Łóżka wygodne ogrzewanie/chłodzenie działa dobrze. Drobne detale można by poprawić ale stosunek ceny do jakości ewidentnie na plus. Największym plusem jest zdecydowanie obsługa. Zawsze chętnie pomagali w każdej sytuacji, znają wiele języków i zawsze są pod ręką.

Można by dokręcić krany i urozmaicić śniadanie ale to drobiazgi.

Вообще я очень привередлив, ну ничего с собой не могу поделать. А этот отель тот очень редкий случай когда можно ставить твёрдую 10 ку!
Номер был лучше чем я, ожидал, очень комфортный с потрясающим видом, завтраки все время наисвежайшие, команда отеля - отдельный плюс- всегда услышат, вежливы и обходительны
Кристина, главный администратор отлично знает русский, очень светлый человечек
В общем с чистой совестью ставлю высший бал!

Very friendly atmosphere.
Pros:

Very good value for money. Great location. The hotel is comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and satisfying.
The biggest highlight, however, was the amazing staff, especially the gentlemen working in the restaurant on the ground floor. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay feel much more pleasant and welcoming.
We truly appreciated their attitude and hospitality. A great place to stay and one we would happily recommend.
