Alacati Casa Bella

Amazing property, run by the most lovely people. Beautiful villa a few minutes away from the high street of Alacati. Would return in a second.

This was an average boutique hotel, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing compared to our previous visit to a hotel in Alaçatı, which was far better in every way. For similar price you can have a better service.

The breakfast was very poor, with limited choices, and even a simple cheese omelette was charged extra — something we really did not expect. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and you can hear every word spoken in the next room, which made it very uncomfortable.

Another issue was that the hotel does not provide an iron in the room. Instead, they send you to a basement room for ironing, and to our surprise, they charged us around 2000 TL (about 50 euros) when checking out, even though we did the ironing ourselves. This was never mentioned beforehand, and it felt like a scam. Guests should really be careful about hidden charges.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly and always smiling, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the overall experience.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially given the poor value for money and the unexpected extra charges.

Bayram tatilinde toplam 3 gece kaldık. Her şey harika ve olması gerektiği gibiydi. Öncelikle çalışanları çok kibar iyi niyetli sargılı insanlardı. En önemli nokta bu benim için. Kahvaltıları inanılmaz lezzetliydi, her çeşit vardı ve çok doyurucuydu. Oda tezimliği gayet iyiydi her gün yapıldı. Odalar gayet iyi dekorize edilmiş. Klima çalışıyordu, bu da iyi bi nokta. Havuz ve şezlonglar masalar da gayet güzeldi. Yani total olarak çok beğendik, tavsiye ederiz.

Her şey harikaydı, harika hizmet, harika personel, Aynur abla gerçekten çok nazik ve iyi bir insandı.

İşletme sahipleri ve görevliler çok samimi ve tatlı insanlar. Odalar tertemiz. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterli. Konumu çok iyi, yürüyerek 4/5 dkda çarşının merkezindesiniz. Bir daha gelsek kesinlikle tercih ederiz!

Alt kat odalari bilmiyorum ama üst katta kaldık odalar carsaflar banyo çok temiz. Rahat. Çarşiya yurume mesafesinde carşi içi gürültü gelmiyor. Yalniz alacati ruzgarindan pencereler bazen vuruyor. Kahvaltisi taze ve yeterli lezzet de çok iyi. Otopark var gozukuyor bazi sitelerde ama kendine ait otopark en çok ön tarafta 2 araçlik sokakta yer buluyorsunuz yani .personel güleryüzlü ve ilgili.

Otel konum, konsept ve temizlik açısından gayet iyiydi. Ancak yatak ve yastıklar inanılmaz kötü. Uyumak mümkün olmadı. Kahvaltısı orta düzeyde.

Gezellig knus hotel paar honderd meter van centrum.ontbijt was goed en lekker. personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.lieve medewerkster die geweldig de koffer had gerepareerd.

Muhteşem bir oteldi çok sıcak çok tatlı tekrar tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz 😍

Alaçatı çarşıda çok nezih ve şirin bir butik otel. Özellikle işletmeci ve çalışan personellerinin güleryüzü ve nezaketine hayran kaldık. Çok yeterli ve lezzetli bir kahvaltısı var.

Çok memnun kaldık, alaçatıya tekrar geldiğimde tercihimiz burası olacak, teşekkür ederiz.

This hotel is wonderful, truly wonderful. It has a terrific energy and a friendly atmosphere. I have to compliment the manager and team - as they made our stay memorable.

PS the beds are sooooo comfortable. The mattress is soft and the duvets warm and the water pressure in the shower strong.

And it’s quite. So many good things.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage gebucht und ich muss sagen : WOW. 😍 Die Besitzer das Personal die Lage alles so lobenswert und schön. Sehr aufmerksames Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Ist erst unser zweiter Tag und ich bin wirklich jedes Jahr in Alacati. Schade dass ich das Hotel per Zufall erst jetzt entdeckt und gebucht habe. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und SEHR Sauber sowie Qualitativ. Ein Familienunternehmen das mit Leib und Seele dabei ist. Man ist mit der Natur verbunden. Tierfreundlich ist es hier auch noch. Pool ist sauber. Und sehr nah in die Stadt, nur 4-5 min Gehweg! Trotzdem wiederum ist es sehr ruhig, sodass man sich entspannen und erholen kann. Komme aufjedenfall wieder. ❤️

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, ein tolles Familien Unternehmen. Würden wir jeden empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super Zufrieden!! Tolles Hotel mit super Personal. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral in Alacati und ist zu Fuß sehr schnell erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Ich kann das Hotel vom ganzen Herzen weiterempfehlen!!
