Very good price for great location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was absolutely excellent. We thought the price was very good. Muhammad on the reception desk was really friendly and nice - we appreciated him messaging on WhatsApp to see if we needed anything during our stay and he was always around. We thought the room was clean and quite comfortable especially given the price. The Aircon worked well

Cons:

The only issues we found were noise levels - we were aware we were staying in a busy and bustling area before we went so we were prepared for that. I would advise booking this hotel if you don't mind noise throughout the evening but we didn't find the noise that bad and we still managed to sleep well.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

Location is very good. It is not our first stay. We come to this hotel every year. Stuff is excellent, polite and kind. Rooms are spacious, biggest we found so far in Istanbul. We love it here and we will come again.

Pros:

Location and room was clean.. no lift and ac was not working.

Cons:

There was no ac remote and they asked use to stay without ac even though we booked an ac room. They lied to us that the ac remote is under service . After forcing we were given one remote saying it is a spare. And ac was not working properly. Please avoid this place otherwise you will suffocate without ac. Looks like they are lying to save electricity . There is no lift so you have to climb steep stairs 3 floors. Not suitable for anyone with luggage.
