The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in the center of the city, walking distance from everything. Good that it has AC. The shower was a bit small. The room was noisy from the street and you could hear everything from the hallway. The quality of the toiletries provided wasn't great, there wasn't any conditioner.

The hotel was nice but the staff were the issue. I felt watched my whole stay there. They would come to my room to complain that there was an extra guest in my room. I told them they were just here to use the restroom and we were leaving but they were trying to raise an issue for us.

Es un lugar comodo, renovado y limpio en el centro de Oaxaca, el personal fue super amable con nosotros en todo momento, el personal de limpieza hace su trabajo excelente
Unico detalle se pueden escuchar los huespedes del cuato continuó y las toallas ya estan un poco viejas y deshiladas de ahi en fuera todo esta excelente

Great Location, But Noisy and Lacking Amenities
Pros:

The location was great, but the walls were extremely thin, and I could hear people talking late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. Soundproofing is definitely needed. The amenities were minimal—there was no kettle or refrigerator in the room, so I couldn’t make tea or store takeout food. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this might not be the best choice.

El lugar estaba comodo, el detalle que habian hormigas, se le notifico a recepcion y nos dieron un raid a lo que le solicite cambiarme de habotacion y no quiso. Por lo que ellos aplicaron el aerosol al llegar a la habitacion apestaba

La temperatura del agua fue un problema

Todo en cuanto a limpieza y amabilidad de los empleados excelente, sólo que llegamos y la sorpresa fue que el cuarto no tenía ventanas y además terrible la instalación del agua, no se lograba entibiar, pasaba de hirviendo a súper fría, lo reportamos la primera noche y no vinieron a checarlo ni aceptaron cambiarnos de cuarto
