We were recommended this place by two different freinds! We would recommend it on for sure- and would stay again!
Pros:

The location perfect, the room very comfortable and everything very thoughtfully arranged.

Cons:

If anything at all I’d say a bigger colour tourist map for visitors would have been great.

Perfect place to stay for a long weekend or a few days in Istanbul

Cons:

Wifi kept disconnecting after you had been out for a few hours and you had to re-enter your passport number, which was annoying. This was a government requirement rather than the hotels.

Our terrace area was next to the aircon machines ( but to their credit, the staff didn't mind us sitting in the shared terraces with our food and drink)

Superb, especially for a longer stay
Pros:

Super clean, comfortable, spacious apartment. Staff was really friendly. Cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, artisanal shops & co. all around and walking distance from some points of interest (Galata tower, museum of modern art, Taksim square). Added bonus is the adjoining hammam, which you get a discount for as a hotel guest.

Cons:

Not well connected to public transport.
