พนักงานที่เคาเตอร์สุภาพและเอาใจใส่ดีมาก ถามตอบได้ฉะฉาน ที่จอดรถมีมากจอดสบาย สระน้ำสะอาดน่าเล่น เสียอยู่อย่างเดียว ตอนเย็นไม่มีห้องอาหารให้รับประทานอาหารต้องออกไปทานข้าวข้างนอก หรือสั่งอาหารออนไลน์

สะอาดมาก พนักงานยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ที่ตอดรถเยอะ สระน้ำวิวดี ฟิตเนส ห้องเล็กไปหน่อย อาจเป็นเพราะคนใชน้อยก็ได้ ค่าห้องราคาถูก เกินคุ้ม มีอาหารเข้าแบบบุฟเฟต์ ส่วนใหญ่ อาหารไทยๆ มีผลไม้ สลัดผัก เป็นต้น โดนทั่วไปเงียบสงบ ไม่พลุกพล่าน มีร้านอาหารใกล้ๆ ห้าร้อย เมตรชื่อร้าน ครัวใต้ ราคาถูกคุ้มค่า เดินไม่ไกล เซเว่นเดินใกล้มากร้านใญ่ของเยอะ

Pros:

Overall happy with service, staff & breakfast. Only one chair, so unable to set on balcony. Disappointed that most the beaches are no safe to swim. Hotel pool was ok.

Business trip gone wrong

My stay was for one week. I came about 15 mins early so no early check in so waited until 2pm exactly. Room was clean especially floors are squeaky clean. WIFI is on/off NOT strong enough signal for my remote work. Asked front desk and they said reset but think that made no difference. Breakfast food was OK, generally Thai dishes but even that was mediocre for local food. Gym is small, hot (fan does nothing) and next to a swimming pool. Pool looks inviting never got chance to swim--darn. Additionally, the hotel was still quite far from central Rayong--shopping malls, eateries, etc... That said, had to hire car/taxi when needed to go places. There is NO stores or restaurants within walking distance. If you want exercise sure you will be walking in the heat for about 4-6 miles. Ok, so if you want an optometrist, there is one around the corner. Overall, I cannot recommend stay for business but if you want a place away from central Rayong then this would be ok choice.
