Pros:

В первую очередь отмечу очень тёплый прием и внимание всех сотрудников отеля. Гостепреимность, забота, позитивное настроение... 100 из 100.
Второе, это месторасположение отеля. Действительно, туристические достопримечательности, галатский мост, набережная, паромы, туристические улицы, бары, рестораны, башня, метро, трамвай, автобус... все это в шаговой доступности. В радиусе нескольких сотен метров вы найдёте все из выше перечисленного.

Cons:

Откровенно говоря, двухместный номер с балкончиком и видом на бухту золотой рог в целом устал. Да, полотенца, постельное меняется каждый день, все удобства, такие как фен, кондиционер, сейф, телевизор, холодильник, на месте, но все такое уже прям уставшее и номер в целом требует ремонта. Плинтуса, обои, дверь, дверной замок, окна... чисто, порядок, но много что требует серьёзного внимания. На наш взгляд, чистота, внимание персонала и месторасположение отеля важнее указанных недостатков. Завтрак континентальный. Не вау, но не плохой. Достаточный для старта дня. Рекомендуем.

Pros:

Персонал очень отзывчивый, во всем помогали, тут же магазин, хорошие завтраки, номер просторный , кровати хорошие, каждый день меняли полотенца и добавляли шампунь и мыло, удобный подъезд для трансфера, до Галатской башни пару минут, рядом хорошие кафе и рестораны, метро. Всё было отлично!!!

Limpieza
Amabilidad del personal, especialmente la mujer de recepción de las mañanas (no recuerdo su nombre), resolutiva y eficaz.

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña, especialmente para una cama de matrimonio. Para mover las cortinas había que gatear sobre la cama...
No había mesa para trabajar, utilizar una laptop, etc.

Posizione, cortesia e pulizia
Pros:

Posizione ottima per girare la città e raggiungere le principali attrazioni, sia a piedi che coi mezzi. Lo staff impeccabile e la camera era sempre in ordine e pulita. Avevamo un bellissimo balconcino molto comodo a fine giornata per riposare un po’…siamo stati molto bene, torneremo sicuramente 😊

Excellent Location, Friendly Staff & Great Base for Exploring Istanbul
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, on the European side and very close to Galata, with public transport easily accessible. There is also a small store on the ground floor, which is very convenient.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are a little small, but clean and functional, and we had no issues with anything in the room.

We also discovered a lovely hidden spot nearby with a beautiful sunset view overlooking Hagia Sophia — a real highlight!

The only downside was some road noise, as the hotel is on a busy road.

Overall, a great location, friendly staff and good value. We would happily stay here again.

Great location, amazing staff and a really lovely stay. I would definitely come back.
Pros:

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and very convenient for getting around Istanbul. The room was clean and comfortable and overall we had a really good experience.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was really good.

Ottima posizione, hotel situato a pochi passi dalla Torre di Galata e ben collegato con tutte le principali attrazioni di Istanbul. Nazli, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Hotel pulitissimo con ottimo servizio colazione. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola sono stati cambiati tutti i giorni. La stanza familiare all'ultimo piano gode di una bellissima vista. Camera ben insonorizzata. Oltre la proprietaria, anche il resto dello staff è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Parlano tutti inglese ad un buon livello. Per il prossimo viaggio ad Istanbul sceglierò di nuovo il Pera Life

Am revenit de fiecare dată cu sentimentul “de a doua casă”. 🤍
Pros:

Mi-a plăcut absolut totul. Toți oamenii de acolo sunt minunați, atenți la nevoile clienților, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și mereu dornici să te ajute. Sunt minunați!🤍
