Everyone was very welcoming and very helpful. Location is perfect. You are right near canal. Metro is 5 min walk .

A localização do hotel é ótima. O atendimento dos funcionários é sensacional. Realmente se esforçam para que as necessidades dos hóspedes sejam atendidas. A limpeza é ótima.

Расположения отеля очень удобное. Мы приехали на машине и отель расположен рядом с шоссе, поэтому не пришлось ездить по узким улочкам Стамбула. Рядом было свободное парковочное место, но даже если оно будет занято - в 300 метрах платная парковка. От отеля 5-10 минут пешком до Галатской башни и метро, а по пути большое количество ресторанов и магазинов.
Очень красивая терраса в номере.
Персонал очень приветливый, старается помочь.
Завтрак вполне нормальный, не шведский стол, но нормальный набор, омлет, овощи, сыры, колбаски и т.п. Вполне достаточно.

Siamo stati io e la mia ragazza qui 4 notti. Fin da subito la proprietaria e il suo staff ci hanno accolti con calore e gentilezza. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile di fronte ad ogni nostra richiesta, ci ha consigliato vari itinerari e spesso ci ha offerto thè turco o acqua. Di sua spontanea volontà ci ha addirittura prestato per la permanenza la sua Istanbul card, fondamentale per chi vuole spostarsi con i mezzi trasporto ed avere sconto sulle corse. La camera è stata trovata in ottime condizioni: ogni mattina veniva pulita con cambio lenzuola e asciugamani lasciando gratuitamente due bottigliette di acqua.
Dall'hotel è comodissimo raggiungere i principali mezzi di trasporto (es. Tram, metro e bus) per raggiungere in pochissimo tempo i principali punti di interesse dalla città. Caldamente consigliato per la qualità/prezzo.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. My mother and I stayed at the hotel together, and we received such a warm welcome. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring, which made our stay especially enjoyable, we truly felt like welcome guests

The room was bright, clean, and modern, with a large window overlooking the street. It was cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city

Прекрасне місце, персонал найкращий, а тераса в номері то окрема любов. Єдиним мінусом що спати з відчиненим вікном неможливо-шумно, але це Стамбул. Зачинене вікно вирішує питання. Метро поруч, автобусна станція поруч, трамвай 900 метрів. Істамбул карт придбати і поповнити можна у метро, але нам це не знадобилося, так як господиння дала у користування свою. Повернусь із задоволенням.

Curatenia, atentia personalului la toate detaliile.

Локация замечательнейшая! Отдыхали компанией подруг, все было прекрасно. Брали номер с террасой и один обычный. Вид на Босфор завораживает. А вечера с клубникой на террасе самая любимая часть поездки. Персонал отзывчивый и очень добрый. Рекомендуем 100 проц

I lovely little hotel with 24 hour reception who can organise airport transfers. They contacted us via WhatsApp several times to confirm our booking firstly, then check on the details of our transfer a few days prior. Always clear and friendly communication.

We arrived at 6am and our room was cool and clean. We had paid for the day before to ensure our room was available so we were able to have breakfast the day we arrived. A lovely selection of breads, cheeses, vegetables and omelettes, with lots of fresh bread. All served in the cafe beneath the rooms, which is open for tea, coffee and snacks until 10pm. There is also a convenience store next door, for those last minute bits and pieces or late night snacks.

The room is a nice size with a very small balcony and great view of the city and the Golden Horn River. Room 304, is in fact the only room with a balcony, all other rooms have a Juliet balcony.

Plenty of shelf space and power points.

Shower was hot with great water pressure.

AC kept the room nice and cool with the option of opening a window or balcony door for fresh air.

All staff were fabulous and super helpful especially Narsely who organised for us to go to a Hamam close by, which was fabulous and definitely worth doing.

Very close to Galata Tower and only a short walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and bars.

Would definitely return if we were ever in Istanbul again.

La posizione perfetta per visitare ogni parte della città, vicina a tutti i mezzi, in una zona tranquilla e sicura. La colazione abbondante e ottima. Lo staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.

Good breakfast…. Staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make sure everything was excellent.
