Pros:

Nagyon szép tengerparti szálloda, finom, jó ételválasztékkal.
A szoba kényelmes, a recepciós hölgyek rendkívül csinosak és mindenki nagyon előzékeny és kedves.
A parton lévő bárban gyors harapnivalók és italok vásárolhatók.

Cons:

Korán reggel már lefoglalták az alkalmazottak azoknak a vendégeknek előre a napozóágyakat, akik valamilyen formában ezt honorálták.
Kevés a napozóágy és az árnyékos terület a strandon.
Nincs kártyaasztal a közösségi helyiségben.

Perfekter Strandurlaub im Traumzimmer mit schönster Aussicht
Pros:

Es war ein sensationeller Urlaub ( 6 Nächte im Pandanus) und rundherum perfekt! Wir hatten das Zimmer 510, wunderschön und reduziert stilvoll eingerichtet mit großer Terrasse und traumhaftem Ausblick.
Das Personal superfreundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ms. Poojani, sie hat unseren Check-In gemacht und war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes extrem herzlich und großartig!
Wir hatten kein All-Inclusive-Paket, aber das Frühstück, die á la carte Snacks an der Pool-Bar sowie die á la carte Drinks an der Bar waren ausgezeichnet.
Strand sauber, Liegen immer verfügbar und das Meer herrlich. Wie kommen ganz sicher wieder! Danke nochmal und herzliche Grüße, Tina

The view from the room was beautiful, and the room was well equipped and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a huge selection.

The area around the hotel is somewhat deserted, so there isn’t much to see outside the hotel—just a few restaurants, which are also empty.

Pros:

Viešbutis buvo tvarkingas, švarus, maistas ( švediškas stalas) įvairus ir skanus, kambariai erdvūs, valomi kasdiennl, šalia jūros, kurioje galima maudytis.Vieta rami, Bentota miestelis pasiekiamas lengvai. Mes rinkomės čia praleisti- poilsiauti- paskutines 4 naktis po aktyvių kelionių po kitus Šri lankos miestelius. Kaip ir viskas gerai ramiam poilsiui, bet lyginant su kitų miestelių viešbučiais ir ten gautomis paslaugomis, kaina tikrai yra per didelė. Kituose viešbučiuose mokėjom 4-5 kartus mažiau už kambarį naktį, nors tiek maistaa buvo puikus ir kambariai buvo švarūs ir erdvūs,į personalas netgi buvo malonesnis ir lankstesnis, nes tai būdavo nedideli šeimos viešbučiai.

Cons:

Kai mokami tikrai nemaži pinigai, tai būtų malonu, kad vakarienei šalia maisto( švediškas stalas) būtų pateikiamas bent jau vanduo ( dabar vakarienei netgi vandenį reikia pirkti, jau nekalbant apie sultis). Visuose kituose viešbučiuose iki tol vanduo, sultys tiek vakarienės, tiek pusryčių metu buvo nemokami.
Taip pat, tikrai rekomenduotumet pasitikti klientus ne su sulčių gėrimu iš parduotuvės, o su tikromis sultimis ar kokosu arba bent su arbata, arba tada bent jau su vandeniu, nes visur kitur , kur mokėjome žymiai mažiau, pasitikimas ir pirmas įspūdis buvo žymiai kokybiškesnis.
Antra, lankstumas labai apribotas tvarkomis. Praseme pusryčius perkelti į pietus dieną prieš isvykimai , nes mes isvykome paskutine dieną anksti ryte į oro uostą.. Personalas atsisakė, nes pasakė , kad jie įdeda pusryčius į dėžutes ir tokių dalykų neleidžia daryti tvarkos Į
Kalbant apie vaikus, tai jokių pramogų, išskyrus baseiną, viešbutyje nėra.

Very isolated. Accomodates European seniors. No youngsters at the hotel.

Cons:

Very isolated. Tired looking. Water was never hot. Just warm for showers. The European guests took sunbeds by placing their belongings before breakfast. There were never enough sunbeds for us to use.

Beachfront paradise
Pros:

I loved the beachfront location and our room was so spacious with beautiful frontal sea view.Seating and sun chairs by the sea were readily available and the attendants were terrific.
Bed was extremely comfortable and the jacuzzi bath a treat.Our anniversary was acknowledged with a chocolate cake delivered by surprise to our room.
The staff were courteous and willing .We were very well looked after by every staff member we encountered.Live music on some evenings was also lovely.

Cons:

There were little things but nothing that took in any way from the enjoyment of our time at Pandanus.

Pros:

Great location at a beautiful beach, great staff, ocean view from the room, nice beach restaurants in walking distance

Cons:

Breakfast not matching my expectations for a 5* hotel, being charged for espresso and cappuccino in the morning is a no go.
