Everything is amazing very nice location room was very clean stuff very friendly and food was amazing

The staff was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. At no point did we feel as if we were being given second rate treatment being Sri Lankan. There was an equality in terms of service and attentiveness.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pandanus Beach Resort & Spa, Induruwa, as we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary.
The property was beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay truly special and memorable.
The breakfast was delicious, with an amazing variety of food and beverages. A special thank you to Denuwan, the Restaurant Manager, and his wonderful team, Pinupa and Sudesh, for their excellent service and hospitality.
We would also like to sincerely thank the reception team—Chathuri, Raveesha, Lakshan, and Kavindu—for planning and arranging everything so thoughtfully and making our anniversary celebration even more memorable.

We had a great time. Friendliness of staff especially Chiyara, Pooji and Denuwan - made our check-in smooth and stay enjoyable. We upgraded one of our rooms to a Royal suite and it was great and worth the price. Chiyara was pleasant and very attentive to all guests at the restaurant. Food was very delicious - the dinner,breakfast buffets and lunch. Spa treatments were very good too - ladies were skilled and courteous. Thank you, we will definitely come back again.

كذلك عند الوصول يعطونك بطاقات لمناشف حوض السباحة و لو فقدت واحدة منهن عليك غرامة 1000 روبية
Goed hotel direct aan het strand met supervriendelijk personeel, prachtig zwembad en top spa/massage service. Het ontbijt is top en het diner leek ook heerlijk (hoewel wij à la carte hebben gegeten). Toen we een probleem van condensatievocht hadden in onze initiële kamer, hebben we zonder problemen andere kamers gekregen. Ook top mensen aan de receptie en bij de ontvangst.
Toch ietwat verouderde kamers, het condensatie probleem was er uiteindelijk toch ook in de nieuw gekregen kamers (de vloeren van het hotel zijn eigenlijk ijskoud en als de lucht dan iets warmer is, dan is er vocht op de vloer en ramen. Je moet de airco dus constant ijskoud zetten om geen water op de vloer te hebben). De fitness ruimte is eigenlijk niet OK. Alle toestellen zijn verroest (van de invloed van het zeezout ??)

I booked a Deluxe Double Room with a beach view and absolutely loved everything about this place. The stunning view, relaxing Jacuzzi, spacious room, and especially the soothing sound of the waves made the stay truly wonderful. Highly recommended! Breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. However, I was not happy with the room.
The air conditioning was very noisy, and many things in the room need to be repaired. Everything is quite old and needs renovation. The door could not be locked properly because the lock was not working correctly. The equipment and furniture also looked very old.
The hotel definitely needs renovation and repairs as soon as possible. The staff and food were good, but the condition of the room unfortunately affected my overall experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interior is beautiful, modern, and very spacious, making the whole place feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is located right on the beachfront, so the views of the ocean are absolutely stunning. The beach is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. One of the things we loved most was the calm and quiet atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Sri Lanka. We would definitely stay here again.
