Pros:

The staff is amazing and helpful.
Great beach, pool and bar.
Would recommend and we will come back.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit musty. Maybe some of the accommodation needs an upgrade (some paint will go a long way). But nothing really to complain.

Location, staff, behaviours and break fast

Cons:

Toiletries quality was not good, especially the soap. They could provide hand wash instead. Also there were lots of small ant on the wooden pannel of the room. Also the AC controller was not working.

Amazing place, kind and generous staff. Right next to the ocean if you want a pure relaxation stay.
Pros:

The breakfast options are always amazing, as well as British food options; you can enjoy some traditional curries and traditional Sri Lankan food options. I'd recommend either the chicken curry or the fish curry! You're located right next to the ocean with hotel beds to use, unlike others who don't own their own beds next to the beach; you can use the hotel's free of charge. There are showers next to the pool for when you come out of the sea, and if your room is on the lower levels, your room walks straight out onto the sea.

The staff are always exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, making sure you have everything you need. An overall beautiful stay.

Cons:

Nothing major at all, your perspective has to change when coming from the UK to Sri Lanka. The country has put a lot of money into raising its tourism standards, which means, unless you're staying at the higher-end hotels, you will notice smaller things like walls needing re-painting and rooms that could do with updating. But this is a small drop in a bueatiful stay.

Pros:

The pool is enormous and right next to the beach, really lovely.
The staff are very nice and there was a great selection of food at the buffet for both dinner and breakfast.

Cons:

Our room was comfortable but very old and aircon very noisy.

Could be better as hotel is in a lovely location
Pros:

Clean and comfortable accommodation but let down by the quality of its food both at breakfast and dinner. Booked half board but ended up eating at The Cut the second night just down the road which was brilliant.
Needs a little TLC too.
The staff on the other hand were all so helpful.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, great beach, sea views, swimming pool, nice staff.

Cons:

Food and food service should be improved, Al la carte not up to standard for the price and service incredibly slow.

Nagyon szép tengerparti szálloda, finom, jó ételválasztékkal.
A szoba kényelmes, a recepciós hölgyek rendkívül csinosak és mindenki nagyon előzékeny és kedves.
A parton lévő bárban gyors harapnivalók és italok vásárolhatók.

Cons:

Korán reggel már lefoglalták az alkalmazottak azoknak a vendégeknek előre a napozóágyakat, akik valamilyen formában ezt honorálták.
Kevés a napozóágy és az árnyékos terület a strandon.
Nincs kártyaasztal a közösségi helyiségben.
