Las vistas
Great location with good parking and easy access to town centre and James Heriot museum. Comfortable, spacious room with good king-sized bed. Good evening meal in restaurant / eatery and reasonably priced.
The restaurant staff were good natured and helpful if slightly disorganised, felt like we should get up and lend them a hand! It took a long time and a bit of fuss to assign us a table in a mostly empty eatery. The pillows were rock hard and we wished we had brought our own.
Great hotel and location
Getting pricey
Breakfast location excellent
Mattress replacement required assp
We found the property a great place to stop at rooms were great staff friendly breakfast was delicious
No complaints
Lovely staff. Really kind and helpful. Great location, right in the heart of town. Parking too! Food was great, and the service excellent. Room was on small side, but comfy and clean, with a good shower.
Windows didn't open in the room (painted shut)
Large, comfortable room with an interesting view of the town from the seating area. All staff were friendly and professional, with high standards. Excellent food and restaurant service. Very convenient location and good parking facilities.
Shower curtain too short so would not stay in position. TV had only a few channels available without streaming. Three different prices for the same breakfast were advertised in different places, and Sunday lunch menu was confusing, as it seemed to say that only a roast was available, but this was clarified by staff and in fact we could order from the full menu.
The bed was so comfortable I had the best sleep I’ve had in ages
Nothing everything was perfect
Location and staff brilliant. Food good but wierdly no steak on the menu.
Twin room bathroom was very stinky, wasnt a cleaning issue more like a plumbing or drain issue
Location was ideal. Staff were very polite and friendly. Food was excellent.
Unable to adjust heating in the room so had window wide open all night
