Close off the highway
Freezing room because of broken heater, broken water cooler (only one in whole hotel), partying team of teenagers with their parents/chaperones loud until 1:30am, despite being asked earlier by another patron to quiet down - no staff involvement.

Restaurant on site - breakfast was excellent with amazing service. Supper (dinner) was terrible. We waited over an hour and a half to be served our food.
Both hostesses at reception were very mixed up.

There was a boys hockey team there that ran the halls and disturbed everyone even in the pool
The restaurant at supper was ridiculous! We had three young children and had to wait to be served over a half hour and only got our food after an hour and a half.

Location was close to an event which we were attending. The staff were polite and professional. The sangria at the bar was very tasty.
We did not get a room with no wall to wall carpet as we requested, even though we paid a premium to upgrade our room. Went to the restaurant for supper, we were a party of 8. The restaurant had about 8 tables occupied. We waited over an hour for our food. Food was mediocre. The fish in the fish in chips was dry and it was hard to take a piece with your fork as it kept falling apart into smaller pieces.

The refund of the security deposit still never received it
Location was excellent.
Provisions in room were extremely cheap and limited. Linen was old and pilled. Towels were literally frayed and threadbare. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sauna and hot tub never worked. Pool was dingy and unkept, no towels, or proper change room. Parking lot, beside our room, was an access for ATVs, 4x4's, etc. to a trail which amounted to excessive noise several times throughout the day and night.

Le petit-déjeuner n est pas inclus mais proposé à la carte pour 10 dollars. L'eau de la piscine est vraiment trop froide le jacuzzi était chaud mais ne fonctionnait pas
