GDS Hotel Kuala Lumpur

I was booked a room on 24th Dec at 6pm and wish to stay on 24th Dec at 10pm, confirmation booking code was sent into my mail box. When I reached the location, the receptionise told me last minute booking will not be entertain, I am mad on this kind of services, why don't they call me before I reach the hotel? Wasted my time to find another hotel and it was 11pm!! Addition, the receptionise was talking the phone with his friend while he entertain me!!

Didn't save my booking at all, clearly wrote on the website don't need to call the hotel to reconfirm but when in front of their faces they faces they said yes. The phone number to their hotel also not working. Literally the most stupidest hotel ever. I feel ashamed in front of my friends that my bookings were not even booked and we have to end up walking around the whole KL town in search for another cheap hotel. Thank God we found a reasonable hotel which is even nearer to the event we are attending. But still I'm pretty mad about the hotel service.

Comfortable bed and hot shower the best. Not so spacious but its manageable as well as clean.

A good budget hotel and easy to access to the public transport.

Tv not working. Very noisy environment. Every few minutes can hear train pass by.

Room 319 is noisy, i could hear the train passing by every 5min. But not a bad hotel overall.

Stayed here for a night. There were stains on the comforter and the bedsheet. The bathroom floor was a little sticky. However, OVERALL is worth the price given its good location, will only recommend this if it is just for a short stay.

One night stay, room without window. Sound proofing not good enough, can hear clearly people talking outside. Small room, ok for a 1 nite stay. Near to LRT station and PWTC. No private car park. WiFi, not very stable at time of stay. A lot of eateries in hotel vicinity.

But not good for price..online price difference from acctual to pay at counter

Not an amazing hotel, it is a typical budget hotel, the condition is considered good given its good location and cheap price.
