Value for money
Pros:

Nice hotel - cleaned every day and new bath towels everyday. Breakfast was very nice . A large selection of baked goods - scrambled eggs yoghurt toast etc .

Cons:

We chose the hotel because of its close proximity to the Rome train station - which was great - however some of the areas around the hotel on the way up the station are quite dodgy with slot of homeless.

NOT a 4 star hotel!
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was less than satisfactory. Canned fruit, prepackaged items and juices served from box containers, undercooked bacon, hard boiled eggs yolks were green and overcooked.

The carpets on the stairs look like they have not been vacuumed for months! The door frame of our room is coming apart.

My husband and I both nearly broke a toe on the bathroom doorstopper which is anchored to the inside bathroom floor! The one and only trash can in the room is broken.
The room furniture is marred and scratched.

I know there is no control over how a neighborhood develops over the years, but we felt as if we were in an unsafe area. Buildings defamed with graffiti everywhere, broken glass and trash littering the streets. Just awful!

There is no restaurant or bar on site for lunch & dinner or after hour cocktails even though there is a sign on the wall and bar setup. The staff did not give us any information about the area except one desk clerk who told us not to worry about the neighborhood. She gave us vague directions to the main places for restaurants and shopping.

We both contracted head colds during this trip so I asked the front desk clerk for a box of tissues for our room, since there was none in our room. She didn't understand what I was referring to. After explaining what we needed, she handed me a stack of paper towels!

We also asked for ice and she told us we could purchase some from the mini market across the road because they don't have an ice machine.

The exterior condition of the building is atrocious. Paint is peeling off the walls and looks like no one has bothered to clean the years of dirt and residue off the walls. The courtyard fountain is filled with stagnant dirty, rusty water.

We paid a great deal of money to stay at this hotel, when we could have stayed anywhere else in Rome, but we chose this one based on claims of it being a place to relax and enjoy. This is false advertising!

The only good thing about this place is the smell of jasmine from the garden and the bed was fairly comfortable.

Molto buono ma rapporto qualità/prezzo sfavorevole.
Pros:

Personale disponibile, camera molto ampia e materasso comodo.

Cons:

Illiminazione della stanza, apertura porta del bagno e qualità dei croissant a colazione migliorabili. Sul sito è segnalata la.presenza di bar per aperitivi etc ma di fatto non esiste.

An amazing experience in a large comfy room with great breakfast.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It would have been better if there was furniture to keep and open the suitcases. The breakfast was simply awesome and filling. The location is not so good. The approach from Termini station is not good and is a little shady. The entire experience was amazing.

Het hotel is rustig en het ontbijt op het dakterras prima en leuk tussen het groen.
Onze fietsen mochten in de tuin staan, heel erg blij mee!
Vlak bij het hoofdstation voor ons heel handig.

Pros:

The room was huge, and once we figured out how to open the shutters, very bright and airy. It wasn't loud at all, and it was a really short walk away from several really nice and friendly food places. All the greenery was beautiful on site too. We thought there might be a balcony in the room from the photos and there wasn't but the seats were right next to the large windows so we didn't miss having one
