Excellent pour un 2e voyage à Majorque
Pros:

Parfait pour visiter le sud de l’île.
Hôtel propre et personnel très accueillant. Mention spéciale pour Mhoucine à la réception.

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel est propre. Les chambres sont confortables.

Cons:

Hôtel très tourné vers les enfants. Les animations du soir ne conviennent pas du tout à des personnes seules, jeunes.
La piscine intérieure était froide (mois d’avril) et fermé tôt (18h)

Un hôtel bien situé et agréable mais une restauration simple et des pannes de matériel (ascenseur)

Cons:

1 seul Ascenseur fonctionnel pour tout l'établissement.
Ce dernier est mal réglé car il gère en priorité le niveau 0 donc nous pouvons attendre très longtemps avant qu'il arrive.

Restaurant :
Prix correct mais nourriture pas exceptionnelle

Manque d'informations à l'arrivée à l'hôtel comme par exemple sur les locations des différents services proposés par l'hôtel (serviette de plage, placement spécifique dans le restaurant en fonction de si on est All inclusive ou non, etc...)

Lo staff di animazione veramente bravo. Tutti molto gentili e cortesi

Cons:

La struttura è vecchia. Nel ristorante un giorno ha piovuto dentro, mentre i bambini facevano i biscotti con il miniclub. La nostra stanza puzzava di muffa, nonostante lasciassimo la finestra aperta tutto il giorno. La cucina è monotona e ripetitiva: i soliti hamburger e hot dog serviti tutti i giorni, maiale maiale e maiale, pasta scondita e scotta precotta. La colazione era sempre sempre sempre la stessa. L'unica cosa che variata era una torta (Plumcake, torta alla carota o torta marmorizzata).

Pros:

Sve je bilo odlično! Mjesto u kojem se nalazi hotel je mirno, nije daleko od zračne luke i Palme. Soba je bila velika, čista, krevet udoban. Doručak odličan, jako puno izbora i jako ukusno. Hotel ima puno sadržaja, od bazena, teretane, igraonice, bar-a itd. Osoblje izuzetno ljubazno. Također ima besplatan privatni parking. Odličan omjer cijene i kvalitete. Sve super, preporučam! 😄

Refeições com variedade, com pratos cozinhados na hora e personalizados de acordo com preferências de cada pessoa, a vista do quarto para o mar, a simpatia dos funcionários e a organização de todos os serviços foi muito boa.

Cons:

Como foi em abril e ainda estava tempo fresco, queríamos aproveitar a piscina interior aquecida, mas não era aquecida o suficiente para as pessoas estarem confortáveis sem sentir frio.
