Pros:

The room was clean, spacious and with enough daylight, with a very comfy mattress and pillows.
So I've got a nice accommodation with a decent breakfast for a very affordable price.
The location is also rather convenient, close to the metro station and to the beachfront.
The area is mostly residential with good maintenance.

Cons:

There wasn't hot water in the shower, but they were ready to fix the issue at once I informed them.

Memorable, good vibe, good location.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, cozy cafe for breakfast , good range of breakfast food, lovely hair dresser across the road! Good location between downtown Mumbai and airport. Friendly staff. Good lighting.

Cons:

The TV remote didn’t seem to work, even when we borrowed the battery from the ventilation / air conditioner.
