On a noisy street.
Pros:

There was water and other food goodies for us in the room.

Cons:

It is right in the centre of Roseau but this makes it very noisy. There are lots of cars playing loud music but this is not the hotels fault.
The water was cold so I could only have a cold shower before leaving.

Pros:

Location is perfect for getting to if you are coming off the evening ferry. The hotel is a traditional with very comfortable budget double room

great place when travelling in / out of Roseau
Pros:

did not eat breakfast at hotel, but snacks that were left in room were a nice deal

Not a place we would return to.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Very dates. Room was not clean and everyday we had to ask staff to replace coffee and water.
Café below has industrial cleaning machines going on till late when we visited.

It was a great location - near to everything

Cons:

It was very very noisy. The street was always active with cars blaring stereo and people arguing. The walls as well were very thin. So could hear everything in the units beside and above.

Good for a Roseau experience
Pros:

Location in old town

Cons:

Very dated rooms. Could need both refurbishment and better cleaning. The sheets had passed the “best before date”. There was no hot water in the shower. The kettle didn’t work. The restaurant was only open during daytime.
