Model Towne Inn

Very clean comfortable room, feel of the hotel felt like you were staying in someone’s guest room not a hotel. Definitely would return in the future.

This was a super cute, clean and comfortable stay. There isn’t much in Gwinn but at the same time it has everything you need. A few good restaurants, a Kwik Trip, and both a Family Dollar/Dollar Tree and a Dollar General if you are searching for anything for your trip. It is only 20 minutes from Marquette and saved us a hundred(s) in lodging. Nice cute little touches including popcorn and fresh fruit in the lobby. It was extremely quiet. Kelli was extremely welcoming and has worked hard to make this a lovely place to rest your head. Highly recommend!

Staff great and clean hotel.

This property is the perfect small place to stay. We needed something close to the airport. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff was friendly.

Extremely friendly staff! Beautiful little hotel! Very nice continental breakfast set up! Extremely clean room with awesome red, white, blue touch! I was stationed at the nearby base 30 years ago and loved the added touch original U.S. Air Force pictures, in their original frames, that the hotel acquired from the heritage society. The next time I travel to this location, I will stay here again. TY for an excellent stay!

Did not care for the fact that the employees were smoking

The common places and our room were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water for the shower. Fluffy towels. Nice continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enough parking. Right off the highway but no noise from traffic. Discount at a few local restaurants.

Friendly staff, clean room, adequate continental breakfast. Good value for the price. I would book again. Only negative is no elevator. If you have mobility issues make sure you have a first floor room.

The hotel exceeded expectations. I selected it for its location close to the airport. It make an early morning flight so much easier. I will use the hotel again. It is just perfect for my needs. ODC

Room was ok. Dated. Roku for entertainment. Not many amenities on site, but for a one night stay for work, it was ok.

I was skeptical about stay here, but this was honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The woman at the front desk was kind and friendly. The room was immaculate. We use the local airport about once a year and needed to stay close by for the early flight. We would definitely stay here again if we need to be nearby. There was a firepit burning outside when we arrived. It is cute! The hotel has a very patriotic theme.

The owner was so nice and helpful. I had did a last minute reservation due to weather and didn’t want to drive in the storm. Room was comfortable and clean. We will be back for Gus Macker this year and might stay again if they play two days :)
