Pros:

Uma agradável surpresa. Hotel muito charmoso, clássico, limpo, restaurante maravilhoso, instalações fantásticas, espaçosas e o melhor de tudo: equipe eficiente, educada e prestativa. Recomendo demais! Superou todas as minhas expectativas!!!!

Mudou o horário do check in, das 14horas passou a ser 16horas , achei muito ruim, péssimo esse horário de 16horas, não dá pra aproveitar muito pq o check out é as 13horas não dá nem 24 horas de hospedagem!

O hotel é lindissimo e confortavel. A piscina é aquecida e cobrrta, permitindo ser usada a qualquer tempo. O cafe da manha tem muita variedade e é servido num salao qie parece cenario de filme. Todo o hotel parece saido de um cenario de filme.
Otima localizacao.

Cons:

O hotel possui estacionamento pago, poderia estar incluido na diaria q nao é tao barata. A recepcao poderia ter um numero maior de funcionarios, é um numero reduzido para o numero de quartos/hospedes do hotel.

Hotel lindo. Melhor localização impossível

Cons:

Custei colocar uma temperatura razoável no chuveiro pq tem 1 válvula pra água fria e 1 pra quente, mas é difícil fazer a água não ficar pelando ou fria. Fliperamas do salão de jogos não estão funcionando

O preço do quarto é incompatível com o pouco conforto oferecido.
Pros:

Trata-se de um hotel com muita história, dá pra sentir o glamour de outrora. No térreo há diversas: cafeterias, moda, lembranças. A praça em frente ao hotel é bem agradável.

Cons:

O estacionamento é terceirizado, R$ 50,00 por dia. Você pode usar o serviço de manobrista, mas não gosta de entregar o carro na mão de estranhos, terá que levar seu carro até o estacionamento e voltar andando, atravessando uma avenida bem movimentada.

Hotel lindo bem localizado permite caminhada tranquila.
Pros:

Todas as refeições muito boas, variedades e ambiente agradável.

Cons:

As lâmpadas dos corredores ficam acesas noite e dia, incomodando à noite o quarto fica claro demais; faltou uma ducha higiênica no banheiro.

Vou voltar com filhos e netos gostamos da cidade e o espaço do hotel muito bom para qualquer idade

Localização e café da manhã

Cons:

Degrau para o banheiro sendo idoso fica complicado
Jantar fraco no segundo dia que participei principalmente pratos quentes
A salada havia acabado e não repuseram
Depois disso jantamos em restaurantes da cidade
