Pros:

Excelente comunicación con los dueños del lugar, muy amplio, y cerca de la UCR. No hay servicios per se (short stay apartment), pero para los que compren y lleven por ejemplo alimentos hay refrigerador y horno de microondas.

Nice modern apartment but furnished negatively. Bed is low to the ground. Couldn't work the hit plate. When owners came they were very nice but would not meet me after I arrived for 30 minutes. No furniture on balcony. Shower was horizontal and peculiar

Central location to everywhere in San Jose
Pros:

This place is a great stay. It is in a safe neighborhood compared to most in San José. The Apartment building is brand new and has all new appliances and bathroom fixtures. Way better then what you’ll find at this price range. I’ve read some comments on here and if you’re that picky you might as well stay at a cooperate chain hotel spending $175 and up. Like the sprint commercial says “why pay more for a 1% difference” Take my advice. Stay at this above average “Modern”standard apartment and enjoy what the city has to offer. You’ll be happy with the central location of this place. It can be a 10 min ride to the airport with no traffic. And 25-35 mins with heavy traffic. I’ve found that “Waze” navigation app works the best there to get around. You can find driving estimation time and best routes based on traffic. Enjoy Costa Rica. Pura Vida!
