O café da manhã é servido no quarto, onde você escolhe os itens que deseja e o horário preferido dentro do período estipulado pelo hotel. Tem o lado positivo de você estar num ambiente reservado, mas por outro lado você fica sujeito a ter que comer itens que você não viu e não sabe se te agradarão e em uma quantidade diferente daquela com a qual você se serviria. Os ovos mexidos, queijo branco, iogurte e pão de sal (francês) estavam bons. O pão de queijo só pedimos no primeiro dia, por exemplo. O colchão e os travesseiros eram bons. O chuveiro também era bom. Tem um estacionamento privativo ao lado do hotel (descoberto), em que o hóspede fica com o controle do portão. O recepcionista na nossa chegada nos entregou um mapa com a localização dos principais pontos turísticos, como também uma lista com a indicação de restaurantes e bares para almoço e jantar, tanto em São João Del Rei quanto em Tiradentes.
O quarto em que ficamos tinha dois andares e uma escada em caracol. Se fosse alguém com alguma dificuldade de locomoção, ficaria ruim. O ar condicionado, por ter dois andares, não esfriava tão bem no andar superior onde estava a cama. Dependendo do ponto turístico que você deseja visitar a pé, a localização do hotel pode dificultar um pouco.

Localização, atendimento, limpeza
Muito barulho, estrutura onde o ar condicionado foi instalado vibrava e não deixava dormir, muito barulho vindo da rua pois o quarto não possui janelas que vedem.
Equipe muito cordial
Na verdade é praticamente uma clínica de estética disfarçada de hotel. Deveriam divulgar essa junção de serviço. Não é nada tão negativo porém pra quem procura hotel comercial deixa a desejar, horário do café e forma de servir foge um pouco do costume de atendimento de um hotel acostumado a receber representantes comerciais.
