A única coisa que vale a pena é a localização, de resto, não recomendo.

Cons:

Tudo é velho e chega a ser perigoso. A chaleira elétrica é um NOJO, imunda, velha e insalubre. O vaso sanitário estava bambo, solto, se aquilo vira enquanto vc estiver sentado, vai se cortar com certeza. A papelaria do papel higiênico estava solta. Todas as louças e talheres estavam suínas com resto de comida encrostadas. Sofá rasgado. Não há tomadas livres e acessíveis, as que estão livres são uma em cima da pia, uma atrás do sofá e uma atrás da cama. A roupa de cama tem cheiro de suja, havia tufos de cabelo e poeira pra todo lado, sem falar na falta de cordialidade do pessoal da portaria, em fim, foi um desastre total, mas como eram só duas noites, suportamos calados para não perder nosso precioso tempo brigando! Uso o Booking há anos e nunca havia ficado em um lugar tão abandonado, ou o proprietário recupera aquele lugar, ou qualquer hora dessas terá sérios problemas pois aquilo está um perigo! NÃO RECOMENDO!!!

Funcionários prestativos. Qualquer imprevisto comunicado a portaria, foi resolvido rapidamente.

Cons:

Na reserva da unidade, deveria reservar o estacionamento, mesmo que seja cobrado a parte. Se o hóspede vai de carro, fica na dúvida se vai conseguir vaga.
