Beautiful view

Cons:

Very loud wall heater even when it’s not on the pilot light makes horrible sound right by the bed. The small refrigerator also makes a loud humming noise. They only give you coffee for one night so you have to go ask for more. Stayed there 3 nights and they don’t change out your towels. Also the fireplace in the room was broken and they did not say it was when you booked the room.

Pros:

The view from our room was spectacular. The staff was highly attentive. The coffee in the room was very tasty.

Cons:

Our room had a lot of cobwebs above the front door . Also, although the view was beautiful , the window was quite dirty. The coffee in the restaurant, both espresso drinks and regular coffee, was not very good. The breakfast offerings were generally good but on the last day they gave us rotten strawberries on our yogurt.

If you can stay here, stay here!
Pros:

THE VIEW...THE VIEW..THE VIEW! The view was killer, patio was relaxing, 2 person spa tub was magnificent and the garden?....chef's kiss. It was 5-10 minutes from Mendocino and Ft. Bragg, beaches, the Skunk train, Noyo Harbor. I couldn't have picked a better hotel. I will def. be back. And let's not forget about the free wine tasting I was comp'd.....

Cons:

I honestly can't think of 1 thing I didn't like. Oh, my fireplace wasn't working, but the staff comped me for that, and the room didn't have a TV, but with that view, I really didn't care.

Hidden gem. A must visit.
Pros:

Ocean views. Insight restaurant has excellent food nd drinks. The grounds are well kempt. Room was clean. Open concept bathroom. Balcony was cozy

Excellent location on the top of the cliff with a great view of the ocean.
Pros:

Beautifully situated on the top of a cliff overlooking the ocean. Wonderful view from each room. Located a close (10 min. drive) from Mendocino. Convenient parking in front of each unit. Well maintained, nicely decorated rooms, each has a rear deck overlooking the ocean. Lounge chairs and firepit located behind the restaurant with a\ great view of the sunset. Very friendly and helpful staff. Adequately sized room, we had the “Bay “room conveniently located next to the restaurant, very comfortable queen size bed with four comfortable pillows. Gas stove fireplace, refrigerator, desk, two lounge chairs, closet, dresser and luggage rack. Nicely decorated, very clean, moderately sized bathroom, shampoo and conditioner.

Dinner at the restaurant, Terr Mar, was excellent. The food was delicious, prepared by a chef and not a cook, properly cooked and well presented. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The view from the restaurant overlooking the ocean is fantastic, especially at sunset if you get a window table.

Cons:

Shower was on the small size. Not adequate for larger people or people with disabilities.

Pros:

They have done a great job since taking over from Albion Inn. We love the fact we could relax and unplug. The staff was top notch and dinner was great we never left the property the whole weekend.

Cons:

Small detail would have liked to of had a morning paper and a microwave but that's it.Ertj
