Advertise continental breakfast and there is none due to change in owners, casino being built next door prob has something to do with it! The rooms are big though and it was quiet which is nice!
Even though I had a confirmation number from Orbitz, they did not have me on the list of registered guests, so I ended up going to a different hotel. This was not the staff's fault, and they were good to talk with.
AC worked well seemed pet friendly.
Terrible service
We stayed in a refurbished room, that except for a few minor blemishes was large, clean, and very nicely appointed! The colors and furniture were better than they have every been. We really enjoyed this stay.
Clean, easy parking, convenient for my needs and absolutely beautiful view from my window!
Best Customer Service & cleanliness of rooms!
Advertised Continental breakfast not available.
No hangers in the wardrobe.
On arrival, there was a note on the door to phone someone for checkin. The guy showed up as I was making the call. I’ll check in. I asked about the hot tub, but was told it was cold which it was. Had to ask for the Wi-Fi password which he got off his phone. Also asked about breakfast and he said there was none. We got to our and found a large piece of bread from the bathroom sink. I found a guy cleaning a room and told him about it. He went to the room and tried to grab it. It fell apart in 2 pieces and cut him. I also check the TV later because I was unable to use it and after 20 minutes, he couldn’t get it figured out either. We were given another room that was clean and comfortable, but I never did find a way to turn the tv off. Check out was the same as checking in. I handed the key to the guy that was cleaning another room.
Good stay.
This was a convenient place to stay while visiting the gold country and the wineries. The room was good, and the service was fine. The only downside was that the pool was full of leaves, and the hot tub was broken. Otherwise, would recommend this hotel.
Although newly decorated, room was not cleaned on daily basis, Had to request more towels 3 times. I spilt water on the floor and used a towel to mop it up, was not a clean floor! Base boards dusty. No longer serving breakfast.
Close to everything we needed.
I don’t leave reviews EVER but first off I called the property 7 times and only three of those times I had someone answer and all three times I was told they would call me back in regards of checking in early and I never got a call back so that was already frustrating although we figured out an alternative plan since we never were able to check in early. Next we get in our room and the TV doesn’t work and then try to shower and the shower head doesn’t work. When you pull the tab for the water to come out the shower head it doesn’t come out so we bathe ourselves with faucet water. It’s frustrating paying $200/ night for no TV and no shower and then to top it all off the walls are PAPER THIN. You can every single move and step the room above you makes and we didn’t get much sleep since we heard them all night and couldn’t have no TV as background sound to drown out the noise. Spend the extra $50 and go stay at Jackson Rancheria!!
Terrible customer service
Canceling my reservation without notice was probably not the best.
Beware. Do NOT stay here. Property changed hands and is under construction and no services like breakfast, coffee. Pool so filthy unusable. Very shady, cannot get a hold of mgr or office.
Wonderful stay! Comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom. Brand new furniture
“Effie” was kind enough to allow an early check in which was nice as I arrived early to meet my family at County Fair.
I booked this for a girls trip and did a test stay prior. At that time I requested 2 rooms next to each other on the side of the hotel with the nice view for the girls trip a month later. I was told we would have room numbers 215 and 216 which were perfect. We arrived for this stay and the parking lot was full of boxes of staged furniture and the hotel is under construction. We were given 2 rooms on the opposite side than what I had requested and they were not next to each other. That was disappointing, but the worst part was the construction crews all over the place, the lack of parking, the hot tub was not heated and the desk clerk didn’t know how to turn the heat on. Over a week later, the manager finally returned my call and was apologetic about the timing of the construction. Apparently the new casino that is being built next to the inn has bought the inn and is taking it over. If I had been warned that construction was going to be going on, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
The staff was friendly and helpful and considering the age of the property, it was very clean. The rooms were huge and they all had a pretty view of the field behind the property. This property was conveniently located near a wedding venue we were headed to. It was not fancy but it was very clean.
