Cabañas El Cielito

Un refresh a las cabañas no estaría mal.

Todo fue excelente, personal muy atento, instalaciones impecables, sin duda 100% recomendado

The property is very nice, food is good and the service is excellent. Our cabana is ready to be remodeled, it has a lot of wear and tear, the mattress should also be replaced.

El Cielito was literally a breath of fresh air from the crowded “tourism scene” in the area. If you are looking for a relaxing, beautiful and affordable location for your next vacation, this is exactly what you are looking for. Staff were all amazing and the accommodations were superb. We will definitely return…often!!

Es un hotel rústico pero bien hecho, muy limpio, con restaurante propio, la comida y el servicio muy buenos. Yo sugeriría cambiar la luz blanca de losfocos por una más cálida y acogedora. Las lámparas del comedor encandilan a los ojos y como detalle menor en los baños no hay portapapel ni porta jabon.

The views are spectacular, especially if you get a room ocean view. Beach you can walk for miles. Food and drinks are very good.

Awesome grounds, setting, and pool. Friendly staff Good food. An wonderful place to relax, swim, and stroll the beach. We will be back

Deben recomendar las opciones de transporte del aeropuerto de Vallarta al lugar, pues el taxi me costó $$2,000.00 la ida.

Lo recomendable es rentar un auto, hay una arrendadora que ofrece a $300.00 el día incluido el seguro

Paradise! Lovely small resort with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. This is rural Mexico and most staff speak little English. The rooms are clean and comfortable with hot water showers. Nice pool, amazing views, good food both for the included breakfast and purchased dinners. You can walk miles on this relatively secluded beach but swimming is NOT recommended due to strong surf and currents. Abundant birds and aquatic life. We saw whales and dolphins daily! There is minimal light pollution here making for magnificent night skies.
The drive here from Puerto Vallarta is more than 2 hours due to traffic congestion, speedbumps and potholes but the destination is well worth the effort. Taking the bus is possible but would be challenging. We have traveled extensively in Mexico both on and off the beaten path. This hidden gem has won a place in my heart and I can hardly wait to return!

Un verdadero paraíso para descansar. Falta que la alberca tenga calefacción. Por lo demás, excelente servicio y muy atentos los trabajadores.

bar fridge to keep personal items cold. Thank you

A beautiful place to get away from it all - even the wifi barely works. We had the luxury of being the only guests at the hotel for the night we stayed. Unfortunately, they put us in one of the 2 cabanas with no ac, so it was a little uncomfortable overnight, and the room needs some work. We toured the other units though and they were pristine and updated.
Lovely staff and the view from the pool is amazing!
Don’t go if you are looking for a party, or an ocean swim, (The waves are rough), but if you need somewhere to escape for a few days this is for you.

Great people and great hotel. The downside is really obvious: three hour tough drive from Vallarta, the last five miles on a dirt road before nothing: nothing to north or south.

We left a day early…. Simply too tooo remote. Beach is amazing, but too dangerous for a swim. Hence empty. Nice pool, but I’m a swimmer.

If you want total isolation and one menu to eat from, this is a great place. Bring friends and books.

Clean comfortable Casitas on an amazing beach. Staff is helpful and kind. Suites are amazing. Grounds are well kept.
They even lit a bonfire for us on the beach and brought us marshmallows ♡
We love it every time we come.

Muy buena experencia como hotel de descanso con vistas hermosas y mucha tranquilidad. No hay TV pero si WIFI y de muy buena calidad.

Such a great little spot to relax away from the tourist hoards . Deserted beach. Infinity pool. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
