Basic facilities but I was staying for work not leisure so reasonable value for money

Nice breakfast, and especially parking time is very flexible as the best selling point.

Cons:

The sign of the hotel does not have light on, so it is difficult to find the hotel entrance in the dark.

Very poor
Cons:

They were not providing glasses in the room to drink water.
The staff were frequently changing and most of them were students who were not familiar with hospitality .
They shifted us to a single room which were very congested without any proper facility.
No help provided to move the luggage.
No proper lighting in the room.

Pros:

Room is tidy. Very convenience if you study in Brunel University. There is room for improvement in the breakfast.
