It was very good.
Pros:

The rooms are fine and the beddings are very clean. Breakfast wouldn't have been bad, but it has few options. The menu is the same throughout. Changes are preferred.

Cons:

There was a network failure which couldn't connect. Communication is vital to anyone and because free wifi is indicated as free and fully available, IT department must ensure its availability 24/7.

Pros:

We stayed here because our daughter is attending Brunel University. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. However, the room we booked was too small for two people. I had tried to book a larger room with two double beds, but it was unavailable at the time, so we ended up in a smaller room with one double bed, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Interestingly, we later found out that the larger room was available during our stay.
Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the staff and cleanliness, but we would recommend ensuring the larger room is booked if you need more space.

Good facility with supportive and smiling staff
Pros:

This is a great budget hotel. The facility is located in Brunel University and has easy access to public transport and Uxbridge Town. The room is small but has everything a single traveler needs. The bedsheets and pillows were clean, and the complimentary milk and coffee with a kettle in the room were appreciated. The highlight of this facility was the staff's behavior and their smiling faces ( not common in the region, unfortunately). The staff at reception was not only supportive but also went out of their way to help with different requests.

A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Pros:

Better safety precautions need to be taken. Random peolle should not be able to enter the premises after locked hours and bother the guests, especially at an jour of after 3.00 am. Though reception had listened tk the issue and called security, we did not get an update of how the problem was solved and what measures were taken. This is a safety issue.
