ベランダ付きの室に変更、1日5ドル追加支払った。
予約済みの室は廊下並びで息が詰まりそうな雰囲気。
階下のインドレストランは味、値段とも合格点。

ホテルの方々がとても優しかったです。タクシーもすぐ呼んでくれて助かりました。
部屋は少し高くてもテラス付きの部屋の方がいいと思います。

宿泊料の割にはコストパフォーマンスが高いです。

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti , siamo stati ben accolti dalla Host . Hotel con posizione strategica , nel cuore del 1° distretto e della movida ma sufficientemente defilata per non essere travolti dal trambusto notturno . Stanza un po' piccola ma pulita ,posso consigliarlo

Hotel en renovation pas de reception pas de petit déjeuné ( après demande c'est dans un autre hotel à 100m) Pire hotel de mon voyage vu le prix. Bruillant les vitre n'isole rien...

Spent just a couple of nights here, the staff were very welcoming, they were having some work done downstairs but we were out most of the time and they were getting it done really quickly! Great location, a little loud at night but what do you expect being in the heart of it. Loads of cafes, pharmacy’s, and travel shops to book things just a short walk away. We are going back next week to finish our stay in Vietnam! Aircon and WiFi are good in the rooms. Overall, everything you need for a few nights in the city.

Dopo due notti ho cambiato hotel. Ho contattato Expedia via mail ma mi hanno risposto di chiamarli. Ho trovato da solo un ottimo hotel economico in una zona magnifica con standard europei.

발코니 없는 유리창 있는 방에 숙박함. 내부 청결하고, 직원도 친절함. 여행자거리 부근이나 옆골목에 있어서 조용한편임.

데탐 거리(번화가) 근처입니다. 주변으로 놀러가기 편하면서도, 살짝 골목 안쪽이라 소음걱정없어서 좋습니다. 금액도 괜찮고, 주인아주머니도 친절하시네요~

神。なにが神かって受付のおばちゃん。午前3時に着いたにも関わらずずっと待っていてくれたらしい。このおばちゃんがいなければ、我々は初日のベトナムで不安に呑まれながら野宿していただろう。
このおばちゃんは英語も上手いし、寝起きもいい。熟睡していても、消え入りそうな声でエクスキューズミーというと一瞬で起きて来て笑顔で対応してくれる。
この人がいるからキエンホテルは保ってる。キエンホテル、バンザイ！！

Great Location for Bui Vien area, lower floors are quiet despite being in the middle of it all. Friendly staff who may discount an extended stay. Good Indian food in the restaurant below.

Les 2 jeunes femmes à l'accueil sont très dévouées. Elles parlent un très bon anglais et n'hésitent pas pour faciliter notre séjour. La lampe de table ne fonctionnait pas et OUPS elle était remplacée. Chambre nettoyée tous les jours, mais les serviettes étaient plus ou moins douces. Bon repas indien.

I am so happy with my stay in Kien hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms ok and the location excellent just next to Bui Vien.

I will happily stay there when back to Sai Gon

I would have no reason to stay to any other place in Ho Chi Minh city since this hotel has everything.

The people are great, the location perfect just above Buy Vien str and the rooms great

Great location in a small alley with very little traffic. The taxi couldn't get down it but not far to walk. Lots of good places to eat fight there and close by

3日間の予約をしたのに、行くと最初の日はオーバーブッキングで、ひどいホテルに変えられた。
1ヶ月前に予約をしているのにオーバーブッキングは考えられない。判っていながら予約を取りたいために連絡をしてこなかった。　もっと安い部屋に連れて行かれて差額も返金なし。2度と行かない。
