Subang Park Hotel

The room was super dirty and had plumbing issue.
We changed the room yet the other room was dirty. Bed was fully of stains and ants

Will never go back

Good budget hotel, with breakfast. Room size and condition are okay.

Checked in for the second time to the hotel. Asked for a change on the stained bedding and was brought only a pillow in exchange. Toilet was terribly dirty. The location was the only plus point.

I'm sorry but I will never ever recommend anyone to use this place. Staff has no idea what EXPEDIA was. No surprise! There were mosquitoes in the room, can you believe that?? God knows what else. Floors were not clean & many other issues that I intentionally forgot.

Will never recommend. PERIOD!

Location suitable but bed sheet, blanket cover and pillow case not fresh

The counter staff is warm, friendly and helpful to ensure you feel at home. You can ask them on direction, make a request for the room to be house keep and request for any help and they are there for you to help you feel at home.

For the value paid, the hotel facility and room is adequately comfortable and clean and I must said it was a value deal. The hotel is strategically located as it is within walking distance to eatery place and restaurants, convenience store ( a 7 Eleven store is just across the road ) and medical clinics and specialist medical center. Taxis and Grab cars are readily available to bring you to the nearest LRT station which will enable you to reach the Kuala Lumpur city within minutes.

設備が古めなので、部屋によって差が出ると思います。朝ごはんがついているので、コスパは良かったです。アメニティは、タオル、シャンプー、石鹸、水。冷蔵庫が部屋についてるのがポイント高いですね。

Booked last minute but because payment didn’t go through, the price increased within a few minutes despite no change in the number of “remaining rooms”. Other than that, it served the purpose of being close to the event I was attending that day. Otherwise no complains. Everything was average to satisfactory. Price could be lower for such standard of service. May book again as last few choices.

Excellent front desk staff. Good clean room. Ask for roof top room on 5th floor.

When i check in at night with my friend, I ask the guy at the service counter have you provide breakfast in the morning and he said yes they will send 7.30am in the morning. But next day until I check out 8.45am still didn't get my breakfast. Then I ask why I didn't get my breakfast they said sorry yesterday not my duty. I'm disappointed to this hotel they service. One more thing is they also didn't provide parking for customer, I choose this hotel because I see there show me got (free parking and free breakfast) I'm totally lost two of this things! When I ask for free parking, the guy at the counter there told me if you park not under they range will get fine, the guy told me if you don't want get any saman pls early in the morning move your car to they parking line!!! This service is very terrible and bad I had meet. I won't visit this hotel again and never step in.

The place a well kept. Value for money

Location and the lobby was ok, but the room condition run down. Showers dont work well and the TV was blur.

The room was dirty. I found a dead little cockroach in the room. The room was very small. Television remote controller was not provided. You have to press button on the tv when switching tv channel. The room door was very hard to close and made unpleasant noise when it was closing.

1. Wifi is not able to connect even after mentioned to the staff.
2. Room cleanliness is no good. eg, table and floor is dirty.
3. Seem old in room furniture. eg, old big box TV, air-conditional.

The PIC at front desk in the morning is friendly

Can provide iron but the iron board is unusefull
Park at ur own risk.. hv to pay during weekday

Got wifi but not that strong in room.. sumtyme ok sumtymes not

Hotel's location is very near to Subang Parade and Empire City mall which makes shopping easy as it is within walking distance!
