Area around the property is walkable and a lot of places to eat. Staff was nice. Bed and pillow are very old and not comfortable. Tiny room but only 10$ a night. Not the cleanest place but ok.

Cheap and basic. $10 a night so you get what you pay for.... Bed and pillow were very old and not comfortable. A/c works good. Walking distance to all kinds of food and 24 hour Al's alfa Mart. Tiny room, hot shower.

Long transit in Jakarta airport, the price is pretty reasonable for a several hours of rests if you don't need luxury in the airport

The hotel itself is very close to the airport which was very convenient. The people were nice enough there, but the good points end there. The hall to the room was filthy, as was the room and the bathroom. The sheets weren't clean either. We also paid for breakfast, but we're told we hadn't. Having said that, it was super cheap. So you get what you pay for.

My wife and i really enjoyed staying at Aerofans Inn.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Access to shops, restaurants and taxis were all within walking distance.

The free airport shuttle runs every 2 hours. Wifi was pretty good in the room. Tiny room, no frills, but fair for the price.

It was difficult to contact the hotel when I want to be picked up by them. please make sure about your facilty to pick up guest.

I was ok at first, but when I was about to sleep, the bed sheet and comforter smell like rotter socks and when the replace it, I was surprised that indeed it wasn't change because the color of the bed sheet is really yellowish. The room smells like drainage too.

After my booking, I wrote to the hotel to let them know my flight was arriving in Jakarta at 2330 and to confirm they provide the free shuttle as told on Expedia. When I called from the airport, I was told by the hotel night manager that the last shuttle left at 2300. So I had to get my own taxi and pay about 7USD for the ride to the hotel. When I arrived, I inquired about the breakfast time and I was told it was not include in my package (by luck I showed my printout and so it was honored the next morning:) Next I ask for a shuttle at 630am the next morning to go back to the airport and I was told that the shuttles only went every 2 hours! I had the choice of 5am or 7am. Another 90min less sleep or risk getting too late. Looking at my not very please expression, he told me he would try to convince the 7am people to get ready earlier !! He must have as I was lucky to at least get the complimentary shuttle when I needed it! The room was small but clean and I slept well. Breakfast was simple but good so no complains there. Internet was not working so complimentary internet might not mean anything to you either. But the price was right on Expedia (much cheaper than the door price (3x more expensive!). So if you want a place to have a good night of sleep it is ok but don't plan to enjoy your room or the premises ...

Stayed at Aerofans as we had a night stopover in Jakarta before flying the next day. Hotel is conveniently located next to airport; taxi takes around 15/20 minutes. Very friendly staff. Ideal for the price.

I booked this hotel specifically for their shuttle service. I called before landing in Jakarta, and staff did not answer the phone. I tried again hours later and they picked up- they told me to call from the Information Desk at the Jakarta airport once I landed and they would come get me. They had my flight information. Once I landed, the staff member at the Information Desk attempted to call them to arrange for a pick up and they did not pick up the phone at all, even after several attempts... In the end I had to take a cab to the hotel, which is precisely what I wanted to avoid. It cost almost half the price of the room I had booked. The front desk staff refused to reimburse me for the cab even though they had failed to pick up the phone and arrange the shuttle as promised.
The room was comfortable enough for a transit hotel, but do not book a room if you are counting on the airport shuttle to pick you up.
