Pleasant stay in Surabaya

- cleanliness of the room
- professionalism of staff
- breakfast time and choice of food
- good price / quality ratio

Cons:

- bad smell of towels
- on the last day, I went to breakfast at 6am. Almost everything was already set up, but... All the food was fridge cold
- I was there for 5 nights, and the only room that was available was on the smoking floor. The last two days, my front neighbour left his door fully open, and smoked like a chimney with friends.
- I had to change rooms for my last night. Unbearable!!

Cons:

Breakfast is too varied and not done well, consider lowering the different options and improving quality

Checked in at the same time as our friends, same room rate, they got a top floor room with a great view and we faced an internal wall, we upgraded and they put in the wrong room number on the keycard so we got taken to the wrong floor in the automated elevator and walked in on someone as we assumed they wrote an 8 instead of a 6….

Pros:

The room wasn't cleaned properly.
The staff was good, they were honest. My brother left his iPad when we checked out. The same evening I received a phone call saying that I might left something in the room. I was impressed. Thank you very much especially for the staff who found it. I will tell my friends about this incidence and surely will go back to stay at Luminor hotel when I'm in Indonesia.

Pros:

Almost everything are perfect.

Cons:

Big Windows caused too hot room. AC worked good but huge electricity use abd fır a while extra hot room. Windows should be change with small ones.
