Sofa bed extremely hard and impossible to sleep on, sofa bed linen dirty, killed 2 cockroaches, Ukrainian child crying out loud through the open balcony crying after his mother who wasn’t home. Apparently it’s a common issue.
Small parking lot and no trash cans in the yard !
Property is good in terms of value for money for a night stay while traveling due to work. Will not rather stay there for vacations.
the apartment was well equipped. bathroom, living room and kitchen were very spacious

It was absolutely smelly of cigarettes. The cleanliness of the entire place was really questionable. THERE WAS NO WARM WATER! Neither at night when I arrived, nor in the morning. The address that was given is not where your room is going to be. You need to walk to another building. As much as it’s not too far, with all the luggage is not great.
Schöne komfortable Unterkunft am Stadtrand von Warschau und gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
Leider musste ich beim Check in noch über 2 Stunden warten da die Unterkunft noch nicht fertig war. Aber alles in allem gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Photos are inaccurate, the room is old and needs renovation. One towel for a person? Ridiculous! Cleaning ladies were nice, but staff at the reception is very disappointing! They don't value clients at all.
