Chroma Apt San Pietro

Das Apartment war groß und geräumig. Die Ausstattung war ok. Etwas Abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellhörig (Treppenhaus, Bargäste von unten). Fahrstuhl defekt. Metro in der Nähe. Für uns war es zum schlafen völlig ok! Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Es wurden uns gleich Tipps und Informationen über Rom mitgeteilt!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, VERY DIRTY THE DEPARTMENT, EVEN WITH MY PAID RESERVATION THEY DID NOT RESPECT ME MY RESERVATION. AND I ADVISE YOU NOT TO RENT HERE. HORRIBLE .

Bien placé dans la ville, idéal pour le Vatican mais il manque de la vaisselle.

Bait and switch reserved a two bedroom apt and was at first only given a single room with 3 beds. Complained as given a second room still not the room we asked for and were offered a voucher for dinner downstairs that we never received.

Excellent location and friendly host. However the shower head and shower door were broken on arrival, with a promise of repair the following day. The shower head was fixed after a fashion but the door never was. For the price paid this really needs upgrading as does the decor, all looking a little tired. If these issues were resolved I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We were there just to sleep. Very quiet area but you can hear the people in the room next to yours
The room was full of ants so they need an exterminate other than that it was great to come and go. We rented a car so we do not know about food in the area except for the place next to it where you can have dinner. The guys that work there work really hard and keeping it up.
It does not include breakfast.

O apto é muito bom e tem o básico para uma estadia confortável, na cozinha fazem falta uma faca de corte adequada e de pão. O legal é que tem uma TV no quarto e outra na sala. As roupas de cama de qualidade merecem elogio. O pessoal do Chroma foi super atencioso.

At the last minute they called to say there was a problem with the apartment we booked. I mean 8 hours before we were due to leave! This was very stressful ! We had no time to book anything else! We ended up in two rooms across a corridor from one another in the same Chroma venue. My children are 13 and 16 and this is why we needed the apartment. I was promised a bottle of wine to make up for it ( it wouldn't have) but this never materialised. There was not even a bottle of water in the rooms. Upon reading other reviews on other sites - Chroma have done this "trick" many times before. I could have found two rooms much cheaper elsewhere if that was what I wanted but we ended up paying the same price of an apartment for two single rooms . Glad it was only for 1 night !

Spacious 2 bed apartment in good area, 10 min. Walk to Vatican. Apartment is nothing flash but has most things you will need.

Excelente localización, a 7 minutos a pie del Vaticano, y una parada del metro a 4 minutos..
La habitación enorme, dos recamaras, cocina, refrigerador..Ideal para familias

Four of us stayed for three nights, we were greeted on the day of arrival by a really helpful guy who pointed out the best places to go around Rome, and even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us.

The apartment is modern with good air conditioning. It is 5 minutes from the metro and really close to the Vatican.

The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport for us, €60 one way.

Would definitely stay here again!
