Pros:

Its location to the beach.

Cons:

It was further from downtown that I had remembered. A little further than I felt like walking,, especially after dark. I could not get the television to work, but it wasn’t important enough to me to contact the office.

Pros:

Location was fantastic. Away from the bustle of cannon beach downtown

Cons:

I had a first floor handicap room (did not need or request these features) and the shower had no lip so the water went everywhere SOAKING the entire bathroom floor that never dried out which is disgusting esp w carpet in main room. Pool closed. Parking lot had sections closed so had to park far away. Could hear the people next door tv and coughing. Just not a good experience but for 1 night tolerated. Bring waders to get to bathroom 🤣

This was a nice quick getaway with a great location. Would stay here again but again all rooms need a fridge and microwa
Pros:

The property is right on the beach at Tolovana which so nice. The property is very clean, felt safe and the bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows too. The grounds are well kept. The man who checked us in was very nice and kind. Property is also right next to Moe’s and across from a food market which was nice to buy stuff for breakfast the next morning.

Cons:

For a property in a small beach town that didn’t offer breakfast it would be nice to have a microwave and fridge combined in the room itself. If you must bring your own breakfast then there’s no where to keep milk to cool for cereal or heat up a pastry or something for breakfast. The walls are thin unfortunately so we could hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms, toilets flushing and the people above us were stomping all over the ground morning and night. Not the property’s fault per se but an advisory at check in to be aware of neighbors would be nice. Also the toilet didn’t flush well.

Overall it was a very relaxing stay.
Pros:

I really liked that it was a studio so the bed had a view of the ocean. The floor was easily cleaned since it wasn’t carpeted. Private balcony was a plus.

Cons:

Housekeeping staff could have been more decernable. I opened the door to a young man in a hoodie sweatshirt.

Nice but marred by pet issue.
Pros:

Ocean and Haystack Rock views were great. Very easy beach access. Well maintained pool and spa.

Cons:

Friday evening a dog barked for one hour. After 30 minutes called the front desk and person who answered acknowledged other guest complaints. Another 30 minutes passed before the barking stopped. Dog had been left alone and owners took their time returning to property while the rest of guests suffered. 8:30-9:30 pm

A beautiful location, an economical price and a very nice and friendly experience over all.
Pros:

The value for the room for just a one night quick stay without alot of replanning was amazing.

Cons:

The rooms are very loud, not enough sound buffer, we had an adjoining type room but only had the one side (so there was a door to another room in our room) and we could hear EVERYTHING in our room from the other side of that door as well as in rooms above and around us.

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
Pros:

Location is exceptional. Full kitchen is great! Having a fireplace is a bonus. Unit was quite clean.

Cons:

A manual on how to run the fireplace is very much needed! We had to call the front desk for help.

Guests above us paced the floor making it hard to sleep.
