Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Cons:

We had an issue with our room key so the concierge escorted us to the room to make sure the key worked. When we mentioned being there to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation, he told us the room was too small and upgraded us to a room with a view and a kitchen. This was unexpected and made our stay so much more fun!

Would stay again!
Pros:

The view and how close we were to the beach. Having the kitchen in the room was awesome and saved us money on going out to eat.

Cons:

It wasn’t walking distance to the main part of town with little kids.

Everything you could need right on the beach.
Pros:

I loved the view from the room. The balcony is nice and the bunnies are cute.

Cons:

The fireplace being on when we got there. It took awhile to cool the room down.

Pricey for what you get

Cons:

We were lucky to get a parking spot in the lot but others were not. The beds were way too hard and the staff at the check-in were not very accommodating.

Superb location. Updated furnishings. Very very clean. Dog friendly. Ice machine outside. Windshield washing station. Excellent stairs to beach.

Beautiful beach, friendly helpful staff but not sure this was value for money.
Pros:

Proximity to beach, helpfulness of staff with requests & facilities outside the room were great. We were able to catch up on some much needed washing!

Cons:

Our room on the ground floor was in quite a pokey position & was dark with no notable view, considering we booked months in advance I thought perhaps we may have been provided with a room with a better view.

Marginal, we will pay mor attention next time we book,

It was in a good location with pubs nearby and beach access.

Cons:

Our room must have been the bottom of the barrel, but we did not realize there was no A/C and we were there during high heat. We appreciated the fan. Simple things… provide real creamer in rooms and more than 1 sugar per cup of coffee. We had very little light in the room, thankfully they brought us an additional lamp when asked. The charging station could only charge when light was lewhy not post this and tell guests to turn off lights at the light. Parking was an issue as the lot was packed. No freezer in the refrigerator, so we couldn’t freeze our ice packs, the office did put them in a freezer for us. These are not smart tv’s so while we brought a fire stick., it was a bit challenging to connect it.

Man checking us in tried to make us feel bad that we had no view of the beach because we booked through booking.com. We asked what a view cost & he rudely said we would need to cancel our reservation & rebook. We took what we reserved.

Clean, spacious, great value, and fantastic location!
Pros:

Fresh, clean, big rooms, and the location absolutely cannot be beat! You are steps from the beach and a five-minute drive from Cannon Beach (where rental properties are twice the price). Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bonus - a small grocery store is directly across the street, and a fantastic seafood restaurant is directly behind. A state park is right next door!

Cons:

I arrived very late on a Saturday night and parking was tight. It's to be expected on a weekend during summer, and I was allowed to park in an EV charging spot, so no big deal, but it's something to be aware of.
