Cons:

Tühistasin broneeringi kohale jõudes. See polnud see mida lubati. Sisse saime kõrvaltuksest ise koodi sisestades, kõik oli pime ja inimesi polnud. Võiks olla kirjas, et hooajaväliselt see hotell ei toimi.

Jauks spa un labas brokastis.

Cons:

Tā kā brokastis bija vēlu (no 8.30), būtu bijis jauki, ja foajē būtu bijis kafijas automāts. Abām naktslampiņām bija izdegušas spuldzītes.

Sotūs pusryčiai. Pasirinkimas geras. Vakarienėi gausus švediškas stalas, tik atėjus vėliau kai kurių patiekalų nebebuvo.

Cons:

Kadangi valgėme vakarienę iš vakaro, tai pusryčiams keli patiekalai buvo iš vakarienės meniu. Kai kurie patiekalai atšalę. Baseine stiprus chloro kvapas. Kambary nebuvo plaukų džiovintuvo. Viešbutis geroj vietoj, bet jau prašosi renovacijos, sovietinis palikimas atrodo nekaip.

A comfortable stay with a great spa and breakfast, but cleanliness and service availability did not

Понравился завтрак и СПА-зона, новая баня - очень приятно и расслабляюще.
We enjoyed the breakfast and the spa area, the new sauna - it was very pleasant and relaxing.
Mums patika brokastis un SPA zona, jaunā sauna 0 tā bija ļoti patīkama un relaksējoša.

Не понравилось состояние номера: он был грязным и неухоженным, что сильно испортило общее впечатление. Также на праздники отсутствовал персонал на ресепшене.
However, we're not satisfied with the condition of the room: it was dirty and not well maintained, which significantly affected the overall impression. In addition, there was no staff at the reception during the holidays.
Tomēr mes nebijam apmierināti ar numura stāvokli - tas bija netīrs un ne pārāk labi uzturēts, kas būtiski sabojāja kopējo iespaidu. Tāpat svētku dienās nebija personāla recepcijā.

Cons:

Был заказан номер люкс с собственной сауной с одной очень большой двухместной кроватью + диванчик, по факту предоставили номер без сауны с двумя отдельными одноместными кроватями + диванчик. При соединение двух одноместных кроватях остается гигантская щель (маленького ребенка по центру положить невозможно). В заказ просил поставить еще одну дополнительную кроватку для маленького ребенка. Для диванчика (не раскладывается) не было постельного белья. Количество полотенец было на две персоны, хотя в заказе указано 3 человека + маленький ребенок. Дополнительную кроватку не поставили, ссылаясь на то что есть диванчик (нераскладной). С потолка в центре ванной из вентиляции ночью капала коричневая жидкость. В результате была испачкана ванная комната, раковина, стены, унитаз.


Пользоваться ванной комнатой было невозможно. Обслуживающий персонал убирал грязь и лужи два раза и все равно осталась грязь. В номере в углах пауки, на балконе грязь, осколки кирпичей/плитки. Персонал на рецепции часто отсутствует, звоночка нет, несколько раз приходилось ожидать персонал на рецепции около 5 минут. В люкс номерах халатов нет.
