Great location and friendly staff plus a modern clean room; all in all a 10 of 10.
Pros:

The room was compact but had everything I needed. The design was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The location was awesome; a connecting door led to the airport and a 2 minute walk to the rental cars.

Cons:

The breakfast was serviceable but a bit basic.

Such a convenient location and very clean!
Pros:

Couldn’t be more conveniently located if you are arriving very late or flying out very early! As you leave the airport, turn left, walk down the sidewalk to the end of the terminal and you’ll be there!

Pros:

Very convenient. We had an early flight and there was a thunderstorm moving through area at the time we needed to be in the airport. We were able to stay dry through the downpour. It made for a good start to our trip.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, and it was a very quiet place to stay. Sara from the front desk called shortly after I checked in to ask if everything was ok with the room. She also answered a couple of questions I had. Great customer service.

Cons:

The bathroom floor hadn't been mopped, and the coffee maker needed some cleaning where the pods go in.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Hotel was clean, and Sara at the front desk was great! The location was unbelievable. Literally through the lobby door to ticketing. Room was small, but comfortable. We even sat on the outdoor patio and drank an adult beverage that they sold at the front desk. Grab and go breakfast and coffee too. That was great for our 5:30 a.m. flight.

Cons:

Bed was small to me? Maybe a full not a queen?

A++++ convenience when flying to or from FSD
Pros:

The Aerostay is one of my favorite hotel stays. It’s simple, I love the shower, and I love being able to see the terminal and runway from my room. It takes 6 minutes to go from third floor room to your gate. That’s INSANE!!!
The front desk staff is often aloof and unfriendly. I’ve had some good ones and some horrid ones. It’s the only downside (and the price gets a little overly spendy, but you are getting a hotel room attached to the airport).
I still love this hotel with all my heart. Home away from home. I’ve stayed at much much nicer, but the convenience is wonderful
