Evening staff at check-in were super friendly morning staff not real friendly.

I would not recommend this hotel given the lack of functioning elevator and noise.
Pros:

Convenient location being right on the airport so that one can walk to the ticket counter and gates.

Cons:

The elevators were inoperative and they placed us on the top floor. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs with our luggage to reach our room. We are senior citizens and there was no one available to help us out. When I complained, the desk clerk said she would see about reducing our rate. When we came back from dinner, she offered to move us to a lower floor, which would have meant for us to pack everything up and again haul our bags down the stairs by ourselves. So we declined and just stayed in our original room. When checking out, they didn't give us any sort of discount for the inconvenience. Also, at 3:30am, a loud machine started up right outside the hotel below our room. The sound was deafening and lasted for an hour. At 4:45am, the alarm clock went off, even though we never set it.

Last minute delay caused the stay but very comfortable and would stay again.
Pros:

The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff at the desk were very helpful with my last minute booking.
