Hotel Vandivort

The hotel is beautiful. All Staff exceptionally friendly and rooftop bar and main restaurant were both great. My only complaint is the shades in the room was not full black out and the lights from the the 3 story parking garage next door were VERY bright all night long.

We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Vandivort. Hanna, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The bar has great food, and they’ve got a rooftop bar as well. The hotel was clean, cozy, and conveniently located within walking distance to several bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

We love Hotel Vandervort. This is our second stay. The beds and bed linens are not very comfortable. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay and experience.

The hotel offers a very relaxing atmosphere. The moment you walk into the lobby the decor and the ambiance is very welcoming. The rooms were clean and quite unique. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend you make reservations at the restaurant located in the lobby: The Order, farm to table. The food was phenomenal. The bartender was knowledgeable and quite honestly he was the reason we'd return.

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent rates. House keeping staff are very friendly but no surfaces, floors were ever cleaned during the long term stay. The ceramic coffee cups were never replaced or cleaned and there was no cleaning products to clean yourself. We ended up cleaning the cups with hand soap. I highly recommend the hotel for short stays but not longer stays due to the lack of cleaning. There was a refrigerator but it had the shelving had been removed. I checked out early and moved to a brand hotel.

Beautiful property & rooms, exceptional customer service, beautiful gym and close to everything downtown! Highly recommend staying!

We had an event, we were not thrilled with the bar service during hosted cocktail hour. Beer was warm, not enough servers, served appetizers were cold and bartender was not as knowledgeable as what we would expect for the venue.

Hotel has a swanky vibe with an industrial feel and fabulous lighting and decor. The guestrooms are well lit and nicely appointed. We had a TV issue one evening and Matthew from engineering was great! He had to make two trips but kept a upbeat and friendly attitude despite the late hour. The lobby bar is happening and bartender Brendan is awesome. We also visited the rooftop bar and Ethan took good care of us. The only reason I didn’t give this a five star is the housekeeping is hit or miss. One day two rooms out of our family block didn’t get serviced. They left the cleaning spray bottle in our bathroom, missed refilling items like tissues and water and never bothered with the floor. That being said, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I selected a deluxe king balcony room and was not happy upon arriving. Furniture very scratched and worn.. floors were in need of replacement in bathroom. Wet bar cabinets warped. On a positive note the hotel staff very friendly and professional. Also hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants

Anna, in particular, was incredibly helpful and kind when we suddenly needed to extend our stay on a day where there was no more availability. She kept us on a waitlist and contacted us immediately when another guest cancelled their stay last minute. Thank you Anna! 🙏

The staff and the hotel was amazing. The staff, especially the valet, were super friendly and helpful. The room was incredible. The huge tub was the highlight with being so deep and long. Now the only down side was the bed. It was super uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a rock, along with the pillows being insanely uncomfortable. For the price of the rooms you would imagine the beds with would be heavenly. However, everything else made up for it.

We love boutique hotels, and this one definitely lived up to the standard of a boutique hotel. We loved that the little store had hotel merchandise.

The atrium suite is basically a basement room with no natural light. It was freezing in our room. They were nice but just not what I expected.

We were greeted right away by the friendly valet. He engaged in conversation, took us inside to check in. The front desk girl was so kind, professional, and articulate. Our initial reaction to the hotel was “this is beautiful and oh so cool”. The decor is well thought out and the vibe is elevated. Our valet walked us to their newer building in back and took us up to our fabulous room. We had a family wedding to attend and came back later that night to enjoy the incredible rooftop bar. The bartender was so kind and suggested we go outside with our cocktails. The view, the people watching, and music down below were so fun! We highly recommend Hotel Vandivort!

Wonderful experience in the heart of Springfield MO

Nicest hotel in Springfield. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating here. Kris, the mgr, was so helpful with upgrading us for our anniversary. Great location and very classy rooftop lounge. This would be my first choice for a stay in Springfield again.
