Mal diseño y staff grosero
Pros:

Primero empezar por lo bueno: Edwin da un gran servicio, muy atento y siempre al pendiente de los huéspedes, las empleadas de la limpieza son lindas y hacen un buen trabajo y las porciones de los desayunos son bastas.

Cons:

Fuera de eso, las chicas de la recepción y la que creo que es la gerente son increíblemente groseras. Después de activamente preguntar a la chica de la limpieza si podía pasar al baño de los huéspedes de la recepción, o si me esperaba, y que me diera permiso, al salir se me acercaron a regañarme porque no respeto el trabajo de los demás, y que por qué no uso el baño de mi cuarto. Quizá no lo uso porque la puerta no cierra bien y está mal encuadrada, por lo que se ve perfectamente hacia adentro. Y estoy seguro que la persona con la que comparto cuarto no quiere escuchar cómo toco las trompetas del apocalipsis.
Además, el cuarto sólo tiene *un* "ventanal" que da hacia adentro del mismo hotel, por lo que el cuarto no tiene luz ni ventilación natural, y está mal puesta, por lo que hay un espacio de un centímetro imposible de cerrar en la "puerta deslizante". Además de que en la segunda noche nos dejaron sin agua caliente.
Y mira, los problemas del lugar, son del lugar, y no planeaba decir nada. Pero que la gente sea grosera con los huéspedes, eso sí me parece ridículo.
