Strategically located, easy to get to many places on foot.
The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Downtown Yangon.... it’s basic but clean. It’s a little noisy from road noise, to be expected in Yangon so not a complaint.
This hotel located in downtown so traffic condition is very good. Staffs are so kindess all and housekeepers too.
The room interior mood belongs to antique and uropian so very very nice.
In addition to, they have their generator so cannot worry about black out.
every room is very clrean and so breakfast is so good.

Amazing location
it was nice staying because of all kind staffs. this area belongs to calm so sleeping was good too. but bleakfast is likely to be so-so to japaness and Korean.

The first night: Shower water never became hot. .
Power (electricity) down seceral times a day (not because of this Hotel), but each time I woke up.
Decent and price reasonable. convenient location. Staff very helpful in getting and bargaining with taxi drivers. Allow guests to take away uneaten breakfast as packed lunch.
This a good hotel in the heart of Yangon. Don’t let outside appearances fool you; Inside you will find a well kept and somewhat upscale hotel with all the amenities and more than you would expect for a budget hotel. The staff are friendly. Speak English reasonable well and are very accommodating. The breakfast were good and on our last day because we had an earl y flight they packed us a breakfast to go, The area is older and there is a lot of street activity (great for people watching) and we felt totally safe. Walking distance to the main train station. Airport is some distance and expect to pay $10 USD for taxi,
Just what I’d expect from a 3star hotel - not fancy and luxurious but decent, clean and polite staff. Good view from restaurant on top floor. Centrally located near train station, marked and junction city mall.
The room was spacious with a good outlook. Bathroom looked newly decorated. Good to havwe a window that was able to be opened. No noise problem even though facing the street.

窓がない部屋だったからか、多少カビ臭かったですが、2日目から消臭剤？を使ったのか、良い香りがしました。
が朝方には若干しますので、もしかしたらエアコンを掃除した方が良いかもと思いました。
ただ、また別の部屋に泊まってみたいと思いました。

โรงแรมมีสภาพห้องดี สะอาด พนักงานเป็นมิตร ให้ความช่วยเหลือที่ดี ใกล้ร้านอาหาร และสัญญาณ wifi เร็วดีครับ แต่ระบบไฟฟ้ามีตัดบ้างทำให้ไฟฟ้าดับ แต่ทางโรงแรมแก้ปัญหานี้ได้เร็วครับ
All staffs are very kindness so i was happy.
there is only one so-so problem that is blackfast but i expect more and more good.
