宿泊費が安かったので、どうかなと思いましたが、料理や温泉など満足でした。掃除も行き届いていました。施設が古いのはやむを得ないと思います。

トイレの(小さな)不良　即修理してくれました

It was really nice, we had 2 rooms for our family and one of the room had a private hot spring (I think they only have it in the first floor). When you’re booking it’s better to book the rooms in one name if you’re planning on multiple rooms, so that way they can put you guys together but it was fine because we got one room with an Onsen. They also park your car for you because they have their own parking space and they give back your keys at check out.

子供2人連れて宿泊。荷物は車で到着時スタッフの方が手伝ってくれて子供の相手もしてくれました。部屋は最上階の部屋で宿泊でマットレスも適度な硬さで快適でした！夜ご飯は近くの松美食堂さんで、朝食はホテルで美味しく食べました！値段がかなり良心的だったのですがサービスもよく満足してます。

値段以上の価値あり。大変満足。

Amazing stay. The gentleman at the front desk who spoke great English was lovely, he helped us with everything and was also attentive during our kaiseki dinner, helping explain everything. We had a tatami room, it was nice, the bathroom a little dated, but the onsen was fabulous. The outdoor onsen was beautiful. Loved our stay here and can recommend it to anyone.

料理美味しかったです。

We stayed here for the ryokan experience and to visit the snow monkeys which we perfectly achieved. The dinner was a masterpiece with so many small dishes I couldn’t count. The staff were lovely and helped get us to the snow monkeys for opening time and arranged to collect us to drop us back to the station which was so appreciated.

Wonderful stay in Yudanaka Hotel Housei. Everything from check in to check out was superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They drove us to the Snow Monkey park and to the train station. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many traditional foods. Onsen was relaxing after a cold day walking around. Will be back!

Went with the half board and used the osen. Both completely exceeded my family's expectations. Loved everything!

古さは仕方ないですが、スタッフさんの快い対応は評価に値します。お風呂の温度がぬるいんじゃないですか？と、言いましたらすぐに温度を上げてくれました。何回かリピートしていますが、いつも気持ち良く帰路につけます。

Great hotel, really nice and accommodating staff. It's a great way to have a traditional ryokan experience. Great size room, and great location for the small town. Really good value for what you get, we would love to come back.

志賀高原の上の宿泊施設ではなく湯田中のこのホテルに再訪してみようと思います

This is a great family friendly hotel. We booked a room with a private onsen which was absolutely worth the extra cost. The hotel has a shuttle which will take you to/from the Yudanaka station and the snow monkey park. This was a great place to stay.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. They picked us up from train station and took us to monkey park. Its made our one night stay easy. The onsen was nice. Not much food around town, so go to dinner early.

체크인부터 체크 아웃까지 친절했습니다.

조식은 기본적인 깔끔한 식단이 였습니다.

(간단한 빵과 과일, 죽과 간단한 일본 가정식)

석식은 사시미 (회)와 메인 (찜이나 샤브계열 간단한 불로 조리하는 음식)3가지가 나오고 디저트도 함께 나옵니다.

회는 항상 주시고 메인요리는 매일 변경됩니다.

직접 가져오는 주류도 함께 먹을수도 있고 호텔 로비에 주류도 팔고 있어서 석식때 구입하여 같이 먹을 수 있습니다.

숙소는 전체적으로 큰 편이구 단지 벽쪽에서 찬바람이 나옵니다.

그리고 온풍기로 난방을 하다보니 실내가 많이 건조해집니다.

온천은 생각보다 작으며 그래도 야외 온천탕과 내부 온천탕이 있으며 깨끗하게 관리 되고 있습니다.

탕의 온도는 계란 반숙이 될거 같은 매우 뜨거운 온도일때가 가끔있습니다. (매우 뜨겁습니다.)

렌트카를 이용하신다면 호텔 직원분이 주차도 해주십니다. (시간을 말하면 차를 호텔 앞에 준비도 시켜주십니다.)

근처 스키장과 원숭이 공원은 무료 픽업 서비스를 해주시는걸로 알고있습니다. (전 렌트카 이용하여서 잘 모릅니다.)

호텔은 천체적으로 연식이 있어서 오래되었습니다.
하지만 깨끗하게 관리하고 있는 느낌을 받았습니다.
직원들은 나이가 있으시지만 친절하게 응대를 잘해주십니다.

가격 대비 좋은 호텔인거 같습니다.

Amazing onsen and the friendliest staff you will ever meet. The traditional Japanese room was large and futons were comfier than expected.

Staying at the hotel was a unique Japanese experience. Outdoor onsen was magical. Freezing out of the water, but lovely and warm in the water. There was a Japanese garden around the bath. Staff were friendly and had a good sense of humour. There was a free shuttle to the station and the snow monkey park. The hotel was only 8 minutes walk from the station. Thank you Housei Hotel for an enjoyable stay.
