Don't trust their offers
Pros:

The staff were excellent. The Manager on duty attempted to assist with an offer which I obtained on Booking.com but indicated as it did not appear on their system they could not redeem it. Despite me showing them the offer, it was not redeemed. The Manager remained polite, even when QAS had to attend due to a medical emergency at the counter.

Cons:

It was disgraceful that the company would advertise an offer on Booking.com and then not honour it. They continued to advertise the offer in the days past my stay, despite advising me it was not something they were offering at this time. So essentially they got extra money for the booking and failed to honour their obligation.

I’m glad I was only staying one night.
Pros:

Location adjacent to Airport.

Cons:

Took nearly an hour to check in, main light switch located at far side bedside table, TV didn’t work, shower is ridiculously small and shower door hits the toilet.
Paid way over the top for a beer downstairs and the $39 Chicken Parmi was burnt and portion size was very small.

Convenient location but room comforts need to be reviewed
Pros:

Close to airport and Harrup Park. Super quiet considering right next to airport.

Cons:

Far out the air conditioner kept me awake all night. Every half hour it would make the loudest noise like there was something loose in it. Also the bed was comfortable but too small for two people.

Decent, with room for improvement.
Pros:

Room was quite nice. Bed moved around far too easily - consider how to limit this please. Breakfast was convenient, but low quality food on the majority.

Cons:

Food service, almost needs more staff to assist the team. The food quality for breakfast needs work honestly.

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and happy to help with my bags as I was travelling alone with a baby.

Cons:

Unfortunately the phone wouldn’t work so you couldn’t get through to the restaurant or reception and ordering room service for meals wouldn’t work during there operating hours.
