Pros:

The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, especially with my late checkout. Shower worked well. Not sure about the a/c. On site restaurant food was good.
I would stay here again.

Pros:

It’s a heritage hotel & has beautiful building /dining area but, reception area & rooms are not upgraded for standard of a 4 star hotel . Also there is the issue of smell & noise due to the location. There were also mosquitoes in the room & bathroom so do ask for all out to be plugged in the room before your check in .also we had to call maintenance to fix the showers as there were no water pressure on the first day of check in .

Nice rooms and very good warm showers

Cons:

Pool was quite dirty and unfortunately it’s located next to a putrid stream which smells awful.

Beautifully decorated, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, convenient in terms of location with many shops nearby.
Pros:

I liked everything from the beginning. The welcome kind of ceremony was very surprising, but overall what I most liked was the kindness and efficiency of the staff.

Cons:

Not a big deal, but the wifi signal was a bit low at times.

it was a good stay apart from the reception staff that were not friendly nor did they bother to greet you when you came

location , room size , F&b staff , guard at the door ..the room was lovely with a perfect view

Cons:

the pool was not clean ….reception staff extremely unprofessional and rude , housekeeping not up to standard . can’t open window in the room .
