Luxury, great location, fabulous food, brilliant staff. 12 out of 10
Pros:

The room was large, air conditioned, massive bathroom and a fabulous view. Location can’t be beaten and the food in the restaurant was the best

Neues kleines Hotel direkt am Strand
Pros:

Ein schickes und relativ neues kleines Hotel direkt gegenüber vom Meer. Aus den Zimmern mit Meerblick hat man eine tolle Aussicht von einem großen Balkon. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Entlang des Strandes ist eine neue Anlage mit Restaurants, Strandbars, Liegeplätzen und Spielplätzen entstanden. Ein Supermarkt und ein kleines Einkaufszentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Zentrum läuft man ca. eine Stunde, mit Uber günstig in 15 min erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns persönlich nicht so ganz überzeugt, es war überwiegend kalt und uns hat etwas die Auswahl gefehlt. Grundsätzlich war es jedoch in Ordnung. Empfehlenswert auf jeden Fall das Frühstück in den unzähligen Strandbars direkt gegenüber vom Hotel. Schade ist, dass das Parken nur entweder relativ weit weg oder gegen eine hohe Gebühr möglich ist.

Wonderful staff and beautiful hotel with a great location!
Pros:

Location is excellent and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were so accommodating and absolutely lovely. We definitely will be returning next year!

Cons:

The only one negative thing was the shower. Beautiful bathroom but positioning it opposite the shower screen just didn't make sense!

This boutique hotel has great food, clean, spacious and modern rooms with a location outside of the old town.
Pros:

I liked the view of the Sea, the size of the room, the layout of the rooms, clean and tidy, it was very quiet and peaceful, across the street from the beach and restaurants along the sea.

Cons:

It was further then I thought from the Old Town- not ideally walkable.

We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and answered all of my many questions. We had a partial view of the sea and were thrilled with the view. The breakfast was excellent and varied. We enjoyed the indoor pool.

Pros:

Perfectly placed small excellent hotel. The room had a spectacular view on the beach Žnjan, fully air conditioned even in 37 degrees ideally for sleep. Breakfast was very good, a different choice for everyone. Convenient parking in the garage but paid 20 eurus per day. Car in the garage was under the cameras and with a closed door at night.
Everything in that area is a 5 min walk. Imagine getting from bed and in 5 min you are already swimming. Not many high class hotels in that area can provide that. In overall, I'm sure be back again.

Tried to force a cancellation over a low price, backed down only after Booking.com intervened
Pros:

Once I arrived, the reception staff was very polite, professional, and welcoming. The room was nice with a sea view, and the breakfast was absolutely superb and of high quality. The physical stay itself was very good, and the front desk team did a great job during my stay.

Cons:

The pre-arrival communication from the management/reservation side was highly unprofessional and deceitful. They repeatedly pressured me to cancel my confirmed booking from my side, using a "system error" as a fake excuse because they felt the price I secured was too low. When I refused to cancel and officially reported the situation to Booking.com customer support to request alternative accommodation, they suddenly changed their story. Only after Booking.com intervened did my room "miraculously" become available. While the reception staff was great upon arrival, the property's underlying business practices are completely unacceptable.
