Room was average and on the better side.
Pros:

The privacy and the staff availability was appropriate. There were problems in the washroom, the lock in the door of the washroom was not working, also the flow of water was stopped. I had to call the staff to get the water fixed atleast. Didn't say anything about the door because the lock would take technicians and carpenters to get fixed, that service would atleast require 24hrs. The bedsheets were unclean, pillow covers had holes. But since I am used to more unclean and uncomfortable situations getting this partially good room was a lot of privilege for me. The AC was working fine, they had common refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave oven for storage and cooking. Windows and lights were alright. Overall room and toilet was clean.

Cons:

The lock of the bathroom/ washroom was not in working condition..the bedsheets were unclean, pillow covers had holes in them.

Pros:

部屋は三階（四階にあたる）で、エレベーターがありません。スタッフが運んでくれましたが、チップが足りないと言って不機嫌になりました。チェックアウトの時はほとんど自分で荷物を降ろしましたが、スタッフ一人が最後の一つを運んだだけで３人分のチップを要求してきました。
部屋は屋上部分にあって、夜はドアの隙間から大量の虫が入って来ました。床もベッドも一面覆うほどです。ベッドのマットはダニがいたようで、9泊、二人で泊まっていましたが、一人は初日からダニにかまれ、もう一人は二日目からアレルギーが出てきました。養生テープでドアを塞いで過ごしました。
夕方になるとバスルームから汚水の匂いが上がってきて大変不快でした。トイレットペーパーなど頼んでもスタッフはすぐ忘れてしまいます。
便利な立地なので、他に泊まるところが見つからなければ、一泊くらいなら耐えられるかもしれません。でも最近は同じ価格帯でもっとサービスの良い設備も整ったホテルがたくさんあるので、もっと良心的な対応のできるホテルを選ぶほうが懸命だと思います。

I do not recommend this "hotel"
Pros:

We arrived very late at night and the building seemed deserted. The entrance was chained and locked shut and after several minutes of ringing the bell, calling the listed number and shouting up the stairwell, we still were unable to get in. Fortunately our Uber driver was very helpful and woke up a neighbor who somehow got ahold of the proprietor who said they had fallen asleep. We found overselves locked either in or out of the building several times over the next few days (which seems like a serious fire hazard). Despite asking them not to wake us, the staff called the room phone and knocked on our door every single morning starting at 7am to ask some question or other. The place was generally EXTREMELY run down, not in a particularly great area, and the staff just seemed inefficient at every turn. I know Calcutta comes with its quirks but we checked into another hotel a couple of days later that was nice, clean, and in a much more interesting part of the city.

Pros:

Den första dagen var mycket dålig då hotel ägare inte fick någon information varken mitt namn eller boningshuset. Jag fick betala en gång till.jag har hans bekräftelse och kvitto jag kan skicka det till er föst när jag är tillbaka i april. Var god och kontakter honnom för å teh betalning.
