5ive Beach House Hotel

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. NICE STAFF. There is no lift or hot tub; nowhere to sunbathe, although the beach just down the road, but no sunbeds on the beach. The farthest you could get from Jomtien its at the other end of the beach, 35 minutes in a bolt taxi to Pattaya.

Im ganzen war ich mit der preis/leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden..netter Empfang, Zimmer war ordentlich sehr sauber. In 3 Minuten war man zu Fuß am Strand und es gab auch gute Verkehrsverbindungen in die Innenstadt pattaya ..wenn man einen etwas längeren Spaziergang machen wollte könnte man da auch zu Fuß hin gehen. Einfach nur den Strand 🏖️ entlang. Also es hat sich schon mal wieder gelohnt, war jetzt zum zweiten mal da und würde es immer wieder weiter empfehlen.

The hotel is very clean, friendly staff/owner. I will definitely go there again.

The area around is very quiet and 7 Eleven is quite far away, like 20 min walking. Beach has no services such as sunbeds. There are not really any place to have breakfast..

The food nearby is half the price then in central pattaya,

The beach is alot more quiet and at night time lots of little bars on the beach to relax,

Hotel staff were great and rooms cleaned and fresh towels everyday,

Only problem was there was no lift

Very small hotel with old room. Poor surrounding but quiet. Poor signal of Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Hotel staff was fairly nice. Only good thing of this hotel was room rates. We have paid around 600 Baht per room per night.

ค่อนข้างลำบากเพราะไม่มีลิฟท์แต่ห้องอยู่ชั้น 5 ทำให้ต้องเดินขึ้นไป ห้องพักมีแค่ชั้นละห้องยกเว้นชั้นบนสุดมีสองห้อง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็มีทั่วๆ ไป ใกล้กับร้านอาหารและชายหาด

Friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out. Big TV with many western channels. Small balcony with seaview. A bluetooth speaker set. Coffee facilities. Separate toilet and bathroom. It's very close to a Family Mart open 24 hours and boulevard, the beach is a little further.

L'hôtel en lui même est bien seulement c'est dommage qu'il soit autant éloigné de tout donc les taxis ou bus prennent plus cher pour vous amener vers les endroits à voir

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. Unfortunately it was a little out if the way for likes.

I had a lovely room on the 5th floor - very quiet with a small balcony facing into street. The staff were lovely and very kind. I stayed here 4 nights, did lots of walking into the main part of town - a really good long walk for exercise. The public transport (Tuk Tuks) were excellent at 10 Baht - great value and constantly passing the street & hotel so when l didn't feel like walking, it was easy to get around. A good money for value place.

Very kind & helpful staffs, especially the hotel manager, Ms Jane. According to Agoda.com,our room is too small to contain 2A, 1K. Thus, last min I requested for upgrade room to bigger bed, she is so helpful tat bring me to check out each room n let me choose d best suit room for me. The room was clean with fridge & microwave so that we can reheat the frozen packed foods which we bought from 7-11 & Family Mart. Other than that she also helped us to call due to language hindrances for transport driver to ride us around Pattaya and bring us to our event venue. The only thing bout this hotel is that no clear signage for the hotel at the entry junction to ease the searching for the hotel from main road.

A lovely budget hotel modern clean room with lovely 40" flat screen TV comfy bed with small balcony nice seperate shower and toilet microwave in room a little bit far along beach road but only a short taxi ride away definitely stay again

the hotel is located at the far end of jomtien beach and as taxi drivers would say, it is no longer in jomtien but it's considered as najomtien.

the hotel's location always makes taxi driver lost its way.

the location of the hotel is not accessible to any attraction, you'll need to walk an approximate of 15-20 mins before you see any convienient shops.

room was pretty spacious but there's no view.
wifi was good.
ammenties were limited to a soap dispenser.

i'll def not recommend this hotel due to the location.

ジョムティンビーチの外れにあります。
見た目はホテルというより小さなアパートという感じ、5F建てでエレベーターはありません。
3Aの部屋はOVとあったが海は殆ど見えない。4F以上がオーシャンビューのよう。簡易キッチンとあったけど、電子レンジとポットの置いてある棚の事でしょうか？棚と部屋にあったテーブルは埃だらけであまり不快だったので自分のタオルで拭き掃除しました。
この部屋のカテゴリーOcean view suiteってどういう意味でしょうか…部屋はすれ違うのが困難な程狭い部屋でしたけど…。ちゃんと部屋の広さも書き込むべき。

ได้พักในชั้น 5 ไม่มีลิฟท์ แต่ไม่เป็นปัญหา เพราะว่าวิวสวยมากได้นอนดูดาวที่ระเบียงสวยมาก ห้องพักก็สวยมากๆ แต่มีแมลงสาปตกใจมาก พี่ที่ต้อนรับดีมากโทรบอกทางตลอด เช็คอินเร็วสุดๆ ไม่รอนานได้เข้าพักเลย ที่พักเดินออกจากซอยนิดเดียวก็เห็นทะเลแล้ว แต่ถ้ามีรถส่วนตัวมาจะสะดวกกว่าเพราะว่ารถ 2แถวเค้าจะวิ่งแค่ร้านสุดทางรักเข้ามาต่อแค่บางคัน แต่คราวหน้าไปถูกแล้วและจะไปพักอีกแน่นอน ชอบมากๆค่ะ

We stayed at this hotel this week having booked for 10 nights however after 2 nights we checked out. this hotel is a long way from pattaya town. the room was not clean and ants were in the bed we got bitten on the first night. i would not recommend this Hotel to anybody. Very disapointed indeed. we moved to a better hotel in Pattaya half the price with breakfast included.

Our room was the big one on the 3rd floor. We got a great deal off Agoda.com for this fantastic little suite. Clean and spacious with sunshine to greet you in the morning. I don't mind the fact that it doesn't have seaview, but the beach is just 50 meters away.
