Pros:

Location was great! It was super close to the train and buses which was massively convenient when brining luggage. They have a lift for your luggage too so no hike up the stairs with everything. They give good restaurant recommendations also

Cons:

Buffet breakfast wasn’t worth the money but other than that they had a free water refilling station which was super handy!

Very comfortable and easy location
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s rated as 2 stars however it felt more.

Camera pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. La colazione varia e abbondante ci è piaciuta molto e la proprietaria è stata sempre gentile e disponibile.
La posizione è comoda, su una via tranquilla di sera e vivace di giorno, molto vicina alla stazione dei treni.

Cons:

Il bagno un po' piccolo. In particolare in Francia hanno la tendenza a mettere dei mini lavandini che risultano davvero scomodi.

Comfortable, well located, good value for location.
Pros:

Close to restaurants, mini supermarket, public transport. Beaulieu Sur Mer is a short bus/ train ride from nearby towns and the nice beaches of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Comfortable bed. Nicely styled room for this price bracket- the accommodation definitely seemed to be better value than others on offer. Small bathroom. Lovely door-sized windows open to views & sounds of the street & town square. Fruit/veg morning market set up in the town square each morning we were there.

Cons:

The air conditioner dripped in two placed at the front door steadily throughout our stay and required two buckets. Staff brought one container and extra towels for the floor, but the cleaner removed the next day, so we re-purposed the bin. Not ideal. Staff said someone would come to fix the next day. This didn't happen, then we left the following day.

Boa relação qualidade-preço.
Pros:

Excelente localização - hotel muito perto de destinos como St Jean Cap-Ferrat, Ezè, Monaco e Villefranche-Sur-Mer.
Quarto com condições razoáveis para 2 pessoas, tendo em conta o preço mais abaixo do normal para aquela zona.

Cons:

Havia gel de banho mas não estava com produto lá dentro - faltou o seu refill previamente à nossa chegada.
Sem elevador, tornou-se mais difícil a saída do quarto com as bagagens no último dia, uma vez que o dispositivo de porta-bagagens estava avariado.

Reasonably priced hotel - don’t hesitate.
Pros:

This is a two star hotel that punches well above it’s weight. Fantastic location in Beaulieu surrounded by cafes bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms lovely staff. As a two star the Three Amigos award five out of five. We chose to have breakfast at a nearby cafe so can’t comment on the food offered. Public parking available nearby but I imagine it could be difficult in high season.
