Great view and location
Pros:

Great location and very pleasant and helpful staff. The suite room was very spacious with fantastic views. The hotel is cheap and cheerful. The best thing is the location

Cons:

Felt it could have been cleaner.
The top floor rooms have to be accessed by stairs from the 3rd floor, difficult if you have suitcases.

Wonderful stay with an excellent location, friendly staff, and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of Pantai Cenang. The beach, restaurants, duty-free shops, and convenience stores are all within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed being able to walk around safely at night and watch the beautiful sunset by the beach. Great value for money and very convenient for a short stay in Langkawi.

Cons:

Nothing major. The hotel is a bit basic, but it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for our needs.

Location, location, location
Pros:

Location was great - close to beach and close to hub of the town

Cons:

I bought the breakfast which was very ordinary and served (slowly) in a cafe across the road. In retrospect it was costly and there were ample better places surrounding the hotel.

Great position almost on the beach.
Pros:

Fantastic position almost on the beach, lovely accomodating staff and well worth the extra cost of a beach view (I was on 3rd floor - possibly would not have been so good on 2nd floor).
As a solo traveller, I felt safe but also part of the action when I wanted. The rooms are small but adequate and clean with a drawback that you had to get out of bed to turn the lights on and off.
However, I don’t recommend paying the extra for breakfast. You’re given vouchers for a very ordinary breakfast at a cafe in the Plaza across the road and there are plenty of other places around serving much more interesting breakfasts.

Budget Hotel at Cenang Beach
Pros:

The hotel is situated just beside the beach. The duty-free shopping malls, restaurants are few steps away from the hotel. Considering the location & price, this is most convenient hotel to stay at Cenang beach area.

We booked deluxe sea view room with balcony, but the trees are the obstacles to get a view from the balcony. These trees are maintained by local council. This hotel doesn’t have restaurant & swimming pool of it’s own, they arranged complimentary breakfast at Old town Coffee Shop. To be there, need to cross the road. However, the kaya butter toast was really delicious.

The room was clean & the staffs were very friendly & cordial. To me, it’s a budget hotel with limited facilities but worth to stay if someone chooses Cenang beach area. This is the most happening place in Langkawi
