It’s never been a disappointment !!!
Pros:

The staff is so friendly they always make us feel welcomed. The rocking chairs are a big plus always a good conversation going on and we’ve made many new friends there. And
the breakfast is delicious😋😋

Cons:

That we couldn’t stay longe🥲

Best Place to Stay in Gatlinburg!
Pros:

Breakfast was top notch, staff was very kind, room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Location cannot be beat! Right in the middle of it all!

Cons:

Nothing! Everything was exceptional!

Very disappointing.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The bed was worn out and not comfortable. Like sleeping in a hole. It was very noisy until 2 am and started again at 5am with the loud noises from doors slamming and floors creaking. This was from other rooms, but the rooms have much less noise dampening than typical Inns. The room was poorly represented by the photos and the staff. It was to have a walk in shower for accessibility and it did not.

It felt more like you belong!!!!
Pros:

The front porch, you can sit on the rockers enjoying the scenery especially the mountains . Talking with the other guests and the staff was wonderful people!

Cons:

Maybe not having a fridge and microwave but nothing to ruin our stay.

View was awful balcony was behind steps
Pack and play was not in good condition
TV needs upgrade
Thin walls could hear people beside us talking heard people on the steps all night
The drain in the shower didn't drain fast enough was always standing in water when showering
Building needs to be kept up better

Love the Gatlinburg Inn

Breakfast is top notch, love the front porch, staff is friendly, love the location

Cons:

Usually is extremely clean, the room we were in was not up to the usual standard, there was toothpaste on the hand towel, toothpaste splattered on the bathroom mirror frame and visible dirt on the curtains to the balcony door. All considering this a isolated incident since we have never experienced this before so maybe housekeeping had a bad day. Will definitely stay here again since this is our go to place and this is a first time seeing this. We have stayed multiple times.

Wish they could do something about the musty smell. I understand it’s an old building but air purifiers or air fresheners would help.

Not what we expected
Pros:

Nice sitting area off the lobby

Cons:

In need of renovation. Bed was terrible, very soft and had permanent body depressions. Limited furnishings. No soundproofing between rooms. Historic but not in a good sense. Town is overwhelming and very very busy. Not what you expect to find around a national park.

Possibly a better room would have made a difference with my stay but could be that all the rooms are the same. Convenien
Pros:

Downtown Gatlinburg

Cons:

My room had severe settling issues in the floor. Major funhouse effect when walking around. Balcony doors had gaps in the weather stripping which allowed stink bugs to come in constantly.
