Pros:

Staff treated us like family. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location was awesome, right in the middle of all the fun.

Cons:

Outdated door locks but they said they are getting those changed

Nicht mehr schönes “Old Style Hotel” in Top Lage
Pros:

Das Einzige, dass an der Unterkunft hervorzuheben ist, sind die zentrale Lage in Gatlinburg und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schmuddelig und schlecht ausgestattet, das Frühstück sollte man besser auslassen, teuer.

Pros:

Breakfast was far better than most hotels. Situation perfect. Staff very helpful

Cons:

Our balcony could have been better. It looked out onto the chair lift which was nice but right in front of us was roof. The best rooms with balconies looked out to the front of the hotel

Parking was secure, and every member of the staff displayed a genuine concern for the property and the guests.

All the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
