I have a King Suite. The room is spacious, comfortable and seems updated. The kitchenette has enough appliances/dishes/utensils to warm up food and keep things cold.

Melissa was absolutely awesome. Check in was great, Room was nice. Night time you can hear the people above you walking. Breakfast was good. Small area was a bit crowded.

Pros:

This property is a great place to stay in Lubbock Texas. The only downside is they are remodeling the pool but once that is done the place will be perfect. The breakfast was surprisingly good great homemade salsa

Excellent business stays and location in town
Pros:

I've been traveling for years and each time I come through Lubbock I make sure to stay here. The staff is awesome and accommodating. Jon at the front always is able to help me out if I have any issues. Susie and the rest of the staff always make sure my room is clean and fresh after spending the day out and about in the field.

Past its prime. Try somewhere else.
Pros:

It was ok for one night, but this hotel is past its prime. The hotel is pretty beat up, big scratches and marks on the doors and walls everywhere. The bathroom pocket door took incredible force to open and close. The bathroom was grimey with rust stains and hard water stains on everything. There were dishes left in the dishwasher. The breakfast was ok except the coffee was definitely not fresh. I will look for a better maintained hotel next time.
