The clean room, the Hotel itself had a atmospheric look not modern but more classical that served it fine.
They had a bar but didn't visited it during the very short stay.
Reception spoke excellent english, so no language barrier and explained where i needed to go at night (checking is then done automatically).
Wifi is good and decent.
Had a mini fridge where you could put food inside of it if necessary.
Also the room is heated or cooled by airco so no complaints there.
The shower was cleaned beforehand and the bathroom was good.
Not really anything perhaps international people are going to complain about carpet floors but this is traditional in the Balkan countries.
Everything! It's perfect for me. Wonderful hotel.
Could do with a deep clean but it's sufficient.

My experience was not great. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours, which was inconvenient. When I asked about luggage storage, they did not offer a secure option and simply told me to leave my bag in the lobby. I didn’t feel comfortable with that. This is something future guests should be aware of.
