The staff were great. Very friendly, put Prosecco in the room for my daughters birthday and made us feel very welcome
Great, well thought out, clean and stylish hotel.
Run by lovely people
Great - right on the sea front
Nothing
la gentilezza del personale ha fatto la differenza. ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. disponibilita' fuori dal comune
non c'e' aria condizionata e faceva un po' caldo
Khaled, the owner, was an absolute legend, from the moment we walked in, welcomed us like family. We got an instant upgrade and he continued to look after us, along with his colleagues.
Besides the above, the place was immaculate and the service above most 5 star hotels/resorts.
I would recommend to anyone, a lovely homely place to stay
Beautiful property and close to the beach and main attractions. Very comfortable bed. Very kind and friendly staff.

Very friendly welcome when we arrived. Lovely, well-appointed room with sea views.
It was a bit noisy, being on the main road, and we would have liked to have breakfast at the hotel with a slightly later checkout time. But we managed to find somewhere nearby so it was fine.
Beautiful hotel and lovely staff
Nothing - everything suited us
The location was good, rooms comfortable and staff friendly when they could be reached & asked for help. See what we didn’t like about our rooms
The rooms were nice but I really don’t think it can be rated a 4 star hotel 🤔. We had to have cold showers on first day due to issues with boiler we were told. Rooms weren’t serviced until we pursued (late afternoon / early evening!) … really annoying and couldn’t reach any staff to find out why, calling the hotel it rang in reception. When finally somebody around - waited over an hour for them to find the housekeeper and then she did them. They really need to have better cover to address issues.
No breakfast.
Cold shower.
The staff at arrival were superb. Friendly, helpful and professional.
Location was great and decor was good.
Nice location and great for short stay. Will stay again.
Staff were exceptionally friendly, location is excellent.
No manned reception at any point during our stay. Staff from restaurant came up to check us in and then had to ring a doorbell on desk for wifi code.
Bathroom door handle was broken, would not shut let alone lock. Sink leaked onto the floor, no flannels, you could almost see through the towels and toilet roll was the cheapest possible. Shower was good pressure and it was clean.
The double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together with no mattress protector - this was supposed to be a king bed. But was reasonably comfortable.
We were unable to open the window or blind in the room as it backed onto a restaurant with very close proximity to people having their dinner. There was no airflow in the room apart from a table top fan on the windowsill. It would very stuffy at the best of times, but was a sauna during this heatwave. Both bulbs had blown in the bed side lamps and so were unusable. We would have mentioned this but there was no staff to be seen.
Although clean, and friendly staff this is more akin to a 2 star guest house, not the 4 star hotel as advertised. It is not worth £455 for 2 nights. If we had paid £180 perhaps we have been happy with what we got.
